Very helpful and friendly staff, I've been here a couple of times now to sell items I don't need any more, it's just hassle free once they test the items you can choose to sell them or not, cash or bank transfer payment upon you deciding to sell, parking is cheap and easy - just round the corner and I've had absolutely no issues with the whole process with them. Great selection of pre-owned Blu-rays, DVDs, games and electronics. Much cheaper than elsewhere and with a good warranty and returns policy too. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Well worth a visit to browse and an excellent place to find rare collectable items.

Great wee store. Lots of choice.
Staff were great, I popped in just before Christmas to get a phone for my daughter, had a set budget that I wanted to keep to (she has no luck with phones so didn't want to spend too much). The person who helped me showed me options within budget, helped me decide whoch would be most age appropriate etc.

Only downsides the store has a kinda weird smell to it.

I've bought and sold from here in store and online. The prices are little higher than ebay and the like, but you get warranty and excellent customer service everytime. The staff always help out and care about the job they're doing.

Keen helpful staff but not infallible, nearly sold me a Samsung s10 as a s10plus much to the sales persons embarrassment. I recently bought my daughters phone there and she's really happy with it 👍

Love CEX in Walsall and Lichfield. My kids are crazy about gaming doI visit quite a lot, they aren't expensive and you can always find what you are looking for :)

Helpful prices not bad. Would be better if they did the pay to purchase scheme giving weekly or money payments as cash converters do.

Very friendly staff and good prices. The stuff is checked carefully and never had anything from this shop that doesn't work. Hand sanitiser is also offered and social distancing marks in place.

My phone needed repairing so I used my old one. Unfortunately I didn't have a tray for my aim card. Non of the phone shops could help me, so in desperation I tried CeX. The girl and one guy, searched everywhere, just in case they might have one hanging around somewhere. Alas after 10 minutes found me a tray, saving me buying a a phone I didn't need. I would like to express my sincerest thanks to the two members of staff involved. So sorry I didn't get their names. Its great to meet some helpful people who will go that extra mile, so thanks guys 😊😊😊

Since Game closed in Lichfield Cex is now our only remaining shop that sells console games.
However what keeps the doors of Cex open is that not only does it sell games (pre owned) but it also sells posters, pre owned dvds, phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, graphics cards, etc and of course one can always sell all of the above in store too.
The shop itself is on the smaller size compared to other units in town but it certainly doesn't feel it, it boasts so much more than just any old gaming shop and it isn't cluttered or imposing and it is fully accessible for those with additional mobility needs.
The staff are always friendly, the music in store is always great and even if I only enter its doors just browse I will ALWAYS find some new treasure and will never empty handed.

Great value for what you are buying. Game is very close though most of the time I go here as of the price difference though the serving time is quite long 2-5 mins 10 at most also the stock is mostly full of old or lesser known games as the entirety of the stock is pre-owned. Overall CeX Lichfield is a great shop for value and customer service away from the till.
