A beautifully curated shop, not only for crystals but also lovely gifts, personal or for the home. A good selection of handmade soaps and bath goodies from small, independent makers. The shop owner is extremely knowledgeable in all things crystal. Also a growing selection of items for the Pagan practitioner, as well as books, Oracle cards and more. A hidden gem only a few miles from Woodbridge.

Honestly, as someone who has visited many crystal shops up and down the uk. This one, I think is the best one I have ever been to! Amazing selection, ethically sourced and the colour co ordination of the crystals is not only gorgeous but helpful when you are looking for a particular stone! Will definitely be returning when visiting Suffolk again. 10/10

We visited this gorgeous crystal shop in June 2023 whilst down in the area, having wanted to visit for some time. The shop did not disappoint! Beautiful, vast displays of every crystal you could imagine. Sad we don’t live closer! We would 100% recommend checking this lovely place out.

Such a lovely calm and serene shop. The variety of crystals is impressive and there are handy little take-home notes describing each one. The owner is only too happy to advise should you have questions, but is equally amenable to you spending time picking up and holding anything on display. I went with a friend and our two young children, we all felt comfortable freely browsing and choosing. Hands down the best crystal shopping experience.

Very nice little crystals shop in Rendlesham. The owner was lovely and found for me what I was looking for. I would have liked to find more palmstones and cabochons,in order to make jewellery. Or already made jewellery,such as pendants or rings. But you can find a lot of tumblestones, statues, bracelets,candles and crystals bibles and so many more like scarves, mugs, diaries...

My partner and I visited this lovely shop for the first time last week.

A wonderful selection of amazing crystals/minerals and other healing/wellbeing items and a very helpful and friendly owner.

It took us some time to choose our items but there was no pressure just some helpful guidance.

All items are well labelled and clearly priced and include relevant information.

The shop is easy to find and with free parking out front.

I suffer with anxiety and depression but I felt a calm energy in the shop browsing the items and listening to the calming tones.

We will 100% be back and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you.

Just love this little shop! Beautiful crystals and a wide range of incense and other ethereal products to tempt you. I always leave with a bag of precious gems to use both personally and in my facial treatments and reasonably priced too. Buy for yourself or as a lovely gift to your friends. Alison's expert knowledge and friendly manner make visiting this hidden gem a real treat and I highly recommend. X

Alison who owns Crystal Encounters is fantastic, a warm, friendly person. Her shop I enjoy very much browsing through the most wonderful range of crystals that on offer and you can buy, of which I have many. There is so much more on offer to buy, to enjoy, a very worth while visit.

I have had crystal healing which I find has been beneficial to me, very calming and relaxing.

Alison has a extensive range of crystals and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of crystals. Lovely little shop.

Huge range of Crystal and Fossils and not all ridiculously expensive, though my young son wanted everything, it was like a treasure trove to him.

I couldn't pull my kids out of this shop! Great staff who was friendly and knowledgeable and made children feel welcome.
