A huge thanks to Mat and Dan for recovering our VW T5 from Sutton Hoo. Not only were they quick to arrive but they spent a good few hours getting the wheel back on before getting it on the truck.

On Sunday 4th August our car failed at the Lion Inn at Little Glemham. Contacted the AA who sent Hammonds. The man who came was Bill, he was excellent he soon diagnosed the brake fault and realised we would need pick up recovery to our home at Frinton-on-sea. Bill was reassuring as he did not leave us until he knew for sure the pick up lorry was on its way. This was comforting as it was dark and no village street lights.
Russ arrived and soon had our car loaded and gave us loads of safety advice re flashing flares you can buy if you break down and have no electrics.
Russ got us safely home to Frinton at 2340.
Please convey this message to both gentleman as they were both polite and professional. A credit to Hammonds Recovery service.thank you.

Hammonds recovered my car after breakdown on Tuesday 30th March: really helpful and knowledgeable, and took great care not to make the damage worse; thank you.

The guy who works there is a absolute star 🌟 my friend and I had to pick his car up and they closed at 16.30 and he waited for us to get there and stayed open until we arrived at 17.05. He really didn't need to do that at all.

Lovely customer service on the counter. Not the easiest place to find it is behind AutoPlant took me 10mins to find on the Airfield. Shame i was recovering a car that had been taken by the Police.
