Beccles Tile and Bathroom Centre

So pleased I found Beccles Tile Centre ! The showroom is a one stop shop with everything you might want. Sharon was incredibly helpful and organised and offered me a competitive price ( 250 sq m) I’m absolutely delighted with the quality of the tiles which look incredible and the service by the team. Would highly recommend them!

We have just refurbished two bathrooms and a cloakroom with the excellent help and advice at Beccles Tile and Bathroom Centre. Debbie was really knowledgeable and helpful with everything we needed, including sanitary ware. showers, taps, layout and tiles. It was a long project involving an entire house refurbishment and Debbie's patience and ability to deal with changes quickly and easily was a huge help.There's lots to choose from and the products are good quality. The large showroom has lots of inspiration too.

Beccles Tile Centre has just completed 2 bathrooms and have provided a great service. From the measuring up, to Debbie who has brilliantly project managed the whole thing from the design, to the ordering as well as organise the install team at the appropriate times. Her experience is second to none. Jon installed both bathrooms and was brilliant throughout. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at his trade and did a fantastic job. The entire process and the all the team working with us from start to finish were brilliant. We would definitely use them again.

I wanted my en-suite updated using shower panels. Debbie sat with me, got an idea of my needs, researched everything, problem solved and project managed it all. She co-ordinated the plumber, electrician and flooring people and provided a schedule of works. The room was checked and measured and I was given clear advice and options. I felt that everything was under control and John the plumber explained everything he was doing. It was professional and there were no problems whatsoever, as a company they could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend

Absolutely first rate. Sales staff who aren't in any way pushy, just knowledgeable and helpful. We bought everything for our two new bathrooms at a real discount due to a sale, and as our builders/plumbers were very late in getting around to actually doing the work, Beccles Tile Centre were happy to store our purchases until the work began- over 3 months. When one part of one cistern was faulty, they got it replaced quickly. All in all, I can not recommend them too highly. So different from my dealings with certain other plumbers merchants, who shall remain nameless!

The whole experience has been actually quit amazing because we bought everything from the for our builder to undertake the tiling. The team at Beccles tile centre helped very
politely by measuring the area from the plans and making the order up with delivery, after service was excellent in the way of advice to complete the job. Highly recommend them for anyone else to use them for projects

Over the years Beccles Tile and Bathroom Centre has supplied us with a range of tiles for many kitchen and bathroom installation jobs we have undertaken. They have an excellent range of stock combined with second to none product knowledge and a friendly and efficient service.
However recently during the COVID pandemic they have really excelled themselves by going above and beyond to provide us with the materials we need to continue to work safely within empty properties. Add to that the friendly and courteous service by Sharon and her colleagues, an excellent price on materials and generally all round great customer service. We will not go anywhere else!

Excellent customer care and professionalism , from walking into the showroom at the beginning until the completion of the installation of both the utility and bathroom .A special 'nod' for both Vicki and Graig outstanding examples of putting the customer first.

Just completed bathroom refurbishment. The workmanship was of a very high standard and staff were very clean and tidy. Everyone connected to the project were very polite and helpful. Very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this company.

We used Beccles Tile and Bathroom Centre recently for the first time for a new bathroom. Our designer Debbie was extremely helpful, patient and had extensive product knowledge so was able to give us some practical and useful advice. The service was superb and we are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom.

We used Beccles Tile and Bathroom Centre to design and supply our ensuite bathroom. We received an excellent customer service throughout the whole process. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient and spent a lot of time with us, listening to our ideas and providing advice and guidance to ensure we ended up with the bathroom we wanted.

We had no idea as to how our bathroom cauld so magically be transformed. But after a lot of planning and advice we had a computer image to guide us. We had to postpone our original date for work due to covid. But finally at the end of august work was under way. The whole of our original suite tiles floor etc. was completely stripped out. After Stuart had removed bathroom suite along side floor and wall tiles. Peter the tiler worked his magic. Final week we had John who went above and beyond his duties to ensure everything was spot on. The electricians who work along side beccles tile company. (Gentry services) were again amazing. Lovely efficient lads. A few little snags were found on completion but more defect with product not workmanship. Debbie again to rescue to rectify and replace. John arrived again to install. Thankyou for all your help and support to all involved at Beccles Tile and Bathroom Centre. We would happily recommend to anyone. See you again when we are ready to transform our downstairs cloakroom.

Beccles Tile and Bathroom Centre have been fantastic and really efficient. They have donated bags of tile adhesive to support our school's mural. Our children have loved designing and producing their eco friendly mural and it has been made possible with the support from Beccles Tile and Bathroom Centre.

Beccles Tile & Bathroom Centre have a large, well laid out showroom with extensive displays of both modern and traditional bathrooms and tiles. Prices are very competitive and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
