I have been with Orwell Veterinary group for 34 years and they have always been amazing. The reception staff always give a warm welcome and the vets always reassure me that I can call them if I’m worried about anything. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Laura who works at Grange Farm has always gone above and beyond for us, this latest visit when I said we would be in the same room that we had our dog euthanised in 6 months ago, she arranged for us to be seen by the vet in a different room. I can’t recommend them high enough

I have been a client of Orwell Vets for many years for Cats I have owned. The service has been first rate with a real sense of care for the animals they see. Now after losing my beloved Poppy at 18 years old in May 2022 I have two new kittens who I know will benefit from the great level of service.

We dont use this vets as were not close enough. But these lovely ladies took in and looked after one of our puppies who had been abdoned. They were very kind and helpful! They even contacted us a week after we took her back to kent to check she was ok as they were worried. I cant thank meg and the team enough for their help in tracking her down and keeping her safe. Nancy and my family will be forever grateful thank you! A true team who care about our pets wellbeing.

I cannot praise Orwell Vets highly enough. The sympathetic way they dealt with our very much loved (and very old) cat, Charlie, was superb and I knew he would not suffer at all. He will be missed by all the family and if we do get another cat we will be certain to use Orwell Vets.

Its a great practice and the staff are helpful and the vets have always given my dog superb treatment and have been very reassuring to me. The environment is clean, light and spacious. I highly recommend.

Really grateful to Lucy for the extra care and holistic approach in dealing with various issues relating to my nervous dog. Very patient and understanding and took the time to explain and balance all the various medical considerations with other factors. Highly recommend.

My pets have been registered here for some time, one fell I'll but we rung the out of hours service who were very helpful and offered a great service. They ensured a handover with the day staff

We have been using Orwell for our rabbits for the last 15 years. Anything that needs a specialist, ie, full rabbit teeth extraction, they recommended the best surgeon in England. The two practices worked together to give our beloved rabbit the life she deserved.
She lived for nearly 7 years thanks to Charles, Niamh and the rest of the team.
Sadly, she died in 2015, but I know that they took care of Pye up until her last moments. They were all very sympathetic, and understood how important she was to us, they even sent a card with their condolences.
The team has changed a lot over the years but the quality of service and care is still excellent. We currently have Pye Junior, who is an elderly rabbit with long term Pneumonia. Orwells care has been fantastic and they've worked with Suffolk Exotic Vets to keep PJ comfortable in her old age.
Brilliant team.

Best vets I've been to. We've been with them for years now, with our rabbits, cat and dog and they're great with all of them. Friendly reception staff, personable and involved vets and nurses. Waiting area is nice too, split between dogs and cats/small animals and they have a decent variety of food, treats and other necessities.
Can't fault them, highly recommend them

The Grange Farm vets is so welcoming and calm. I have a very nervous dog who doesn’t normally let anyone touch her, but when she goes here the staff manage to keep her calm enough to be treated. Would recommend

The best quality treatment you could ever ask for hands down without question. We have been looked after by the staff here for years and they have never let us down ever. If you are after consistent solid gold health care and advice for your furry sons and daughters then this is the place to come. Thank you for your unfailing support and care for Sox over the years but this time it was much more sad sad news.

Very friendly and helpful staff, moved veterinary practice on the day and got appointment the same day. Was made very welcome and my puppy got the best care. Highly recommended

What a fab welcome Lehksy and I got from the second we entered. The Reception area is nice and airy and the ladies were all welcoming to my furbaby and I. Lydia the vet was really informative and Lehksy had no issue going with her for a quick stroll 🥰 A* service, long may it continue

Very sensitive to my needs and my cat. The staff are warm and go over and above to be helpful even when busy .
When my cat was attacked by a dog they made every effort to enable us to walk through the reception without any dogs in the waiting area. I would highly recommend them for their manner and ways of making you feel they have all the time in the world for you even when under pressure themselves.

I have used this Veterinary practice for years and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been friendly and caring, taking that extra bit of consideration ( making sure that the injection for our dog was at room temperature so that he didn't get a bad reaction. I would recommend Orwell Vets.
