This was so busy when I visited, but due the the clever layout and helpful staff was through quite quickly.

As expected from a Tesco express it is a massive store that has everything you could need for a big family shop.

What makes this store great and part of its local community is the staff. They have allowed us to run a number of charity events through store, who through access to the local community has allowed us to raise far more money than we could have hoped. Thanks.

It is very difficult to find a way of contacting the store direct to send a compliment and thanks for a member of staff working at Tesco Extra in Martlesham. On Thursday, 5th October I filled my car up at your fuel station. Unfortunately, the battery on my remote control failed and I could not start my car. I walked to the main store and a lovely member of staff by the name of Will, very kindly googled how to take the battery out of my remote. He advised me which battery to purchase and them generously replaced it and closed the remote back up. I was very stressed at having left my car at the pump and the possible queue I had caused and Will went that extra mile to help me (without him I couldn't have driven an extra yard, never mind a mile ) so many thanks. This unfortunately is the only way I could pass on my thanks, so I hope he sees this and receives plaudits from the Managers at Martlesham for his kindness. Thank you Will!!!

Visited the cafe yesterday with my husband. We were served by Lewis who was fantastic. His customer service skills were excellent, he was friendly, helpful , efficient and a absolute credit to the store. All the cafe staff seemed very friendly and efficient. So rare to find in many settings.

Huge thanks to the pharmacist and staff for helping me with an emergency prescription on Christmas Eve - great professional service

We used the mobile shop on Thursday 6th April, we were served by Brad who gave the most comprehensive service. He couldn't have been more helpful. We are very grateful for his patience and excellent service.

Had lunch in the cafe. The staff are extremely friendly. Tables are spotless within minutes of the customer's leaving. Food delicious. Price reasonable. Happy! 😁

Although it's only a little Tesco, it has a lot of different things to buy

Tidy, well stocked and friendly staff who seem to want to work there.

I came in here today with my puppy, Juno, who is training to be a service dog. The ladies on the customer service desk were so friendly, cooperative and accommodating that I felt inclined to write a review. The staff as we walked around the shop were all smiles and very supportive. This was Juno’s first trip to a supermarket and it was an invaluable experience for both her and I - thank you Tesco Martlesham for helping us out!

Big store, nearly everything you need can be bought here. Shopping at the right time you can get through easy and through the till quickly, but it can be very busy at peak times

Click and collect guys absolutely brilliant and helpful. Tesco! give these guys a bonus.

This is my favourite Tesco the way in which they put yogurts on in the freezer is fantastic. Also the selection of bread is first class. Occasionally they have muddled the the mature cheese with the extra but I'm willing to forgive this.

Just had to pop in and got what we needed, the staff are always lovely and it's always nice and clean

Excellent service. Needed banana boxes. Ordered them and staff good enough to supply them at no charge.
