All the staff are kind. The customer care is always on point. Had a lovely experience with a member of staff and her knowledge with makeup was particularly impressive.

Well stocked and organised store and had a lovely young lady who really helped me with things I needed I think her name may have been lucy or maybe lily. She helped me with what skincare products are right for me and my skin has never been this good 😂

Pharmacist Nav Bhogal did his best, from a couple of Boots Pharmacy Suppliers, to get me, Urgently, a broad spectrum anti-biotic. The suppliers let him down. Unknown to me Nav toured other Boots Shop Pharmacies and eventually found a source for my med in the West Wickham Boots Branch. He got it transferred to Boots, Oxted and personally delivered it to me, mid-morning, on a Sunday morning. Troublesome red inflamed infection was brought under control just when I was at a loss as to what I could do. Nav worked wonders above and beyond his normal duties: firstly, he is a great credit to himself; secondly he is a first class advert for Boots Pharmacy Services. Saying "Thank you Nav" doesn't truly reflect how in his debt I feel. Very, very well done Mr Nav Bhogal.

Collected repeat prescription for first time from Boots Oxted, friendly helpful staff. All went well.
