I ordered flowers for my Dad’s funeral, from Beverley. She was really sympathetic, & asked for some background detail about him & the family. After we had chatted for a while she showed my son & I some arrangements that she had done previously & then made a few suggestions as to the type and colour of flowers. In all we spent £900 but it was really worth it. They were beautiful & we can’t thank her enough for her understanding and thoughtfulness. Beverley was so sincere and extremely professional. Thank you Beverley for everything.

I had my first Christmas wreath making workshop with Beverly recently and what a wonderful experience it was.

Beverly was wonderful when creating our wedding flowers. From some very vague instructions she created my stunning bouquet, including sourcing rare greenery for that time of year from my native Australia. She created two masterpieces for the church, and on the day with no warning whipped up a beautiful table setting as well from the leftovers that we didn't realise we would need.

She was great at communication, wonderfully helpful and very precise.

Beverly at the Edge of the Florist provided the most beautiful bouquet's, button holes, flower girl arrangements and centre pieces for our wedding.

She used her years of experience to create stunning arrangements, with relatively little guidance from ourselves. She matched the flowers to my wedding dress and helped to create a seamless and tied together bridal look.

We could not have asked for a more dedicated, knowledgeable and kind florist. She was responsive, flexible and even helped our cake maker decorate the cake at the last minute!

I wish I could choose a hundred stars instead of five! The flowers Beverly arranged for our wedding were just exquisite and such a joy! The flower arch, altar flowers and bouquets were absolutely stunning, and we had SO many compliments from family and friends who were there in person and on the livestream. Beverly spent a long time with us listening to our hopes and vision for a day filled with joyful vibrant flowers, and really took care and time to make it become a reality through her expert knowledge of flowers and foliage, and her eye for detail and beauty. They encapsulated our hopes and dreams for a joyful wedding perfectly. She also made the whole experience of talking about and planning flowers so special, visiting the church so she could visualise the space and making me feel like a true bride!

Given that we had a lockdown wedding with thirty socially distanced people, I thought the church might look empty and feel a little sad inside on the day. But Beverly's flowers just created that beautiful, intimate, natural, wonderful atmosphere and made our lockdown service so special. Her care, love, creativity, imagination, expertise and talent overflowed in abundance into the floral artistry she created, and we are so thankful! More than that, she has become a family friend as her wonderful personality and friendship with us over the year and support during a difficult time meant the world. It was amazing to get to know her, and would 1000% recommend for wedding (and all other) things floral.

Later, I asked Beverly to make a birthday bouquet for my grandma, who loves tulips and who we couldn't visit due to restrictions. She was absolutely over the moon and every time we call she mentions how beautiful they were and how long the bouquet lasted. It truly made her day, and brought oodles of joy.

Beverly's wizardry with flowers and her desire to really make you and your loved ones happy is amazing. She truly cares about each customer and goes the extra mile to make your day or gift really special. This is a gem of a florist who I cannot recommend highly enough.

This was a last minute funeral sheath ordered with Beverly. She couldn’t have done enough. The flowers were open, fresh and perfumed, the colours just what we requested. Would very much recommend this florist.

A beautiful reasonably priced bouquet for my aunt who is in her nineties. Gorgeous colour combinations and some unusual additions like the clematis which I’ve never seen in a bouquet before. I ordered this bouquet over the phone and found the advice very helpful particularly regarding making the flowers last longer.

You know the saying ‘ things happen for a reason ‘, well I am so pleased I found Beverly. I stumbled upon the ‘edge of florist’ when I was frantically searching for a local florist to deliver birthday flowers for my friend who had just recovered from being quite poorly. I wanted to brighten her day.
Beverly calmed me down and assured me the flowers would be delivered that day.
She also explained what flowers she had in that day and what she was going to do. Something I had not experienced before ( I’ve ordered flowers on numerous occasions and not once been told what was being made up). The flowers sounded devine.
Beverly also texted me the pictures of the bouquet . Oh my I wish I was being delivered those flowers. Soon enough my friend called to thank me, she was so made up, the flowers had truly put a smile on her face. ‘Edge of Florist’, definitely has the EDGE. Thank you Beverly. Beverly is not only a stunning florist, but a really wonderful person. Her creativity, thoughtfulness, support and incredibly respectful ideas and professionalism puts her in a league of her own. We were recommended to speak with Beverly even though we did not have a luxurious budget, and we were advised we should 'Just talk to Bev'....From the moment we spoke with Beverly she was not only a magician with what she created, but how she planned with us from start to finish, as if she was a long-term friend. We received beautiful emails, excitement and support throughout. And we had beauty, wow factor and just a perfect bouquet, button-holes and centre-pieces, registrar table and ceremony room. Each floral piece was the star of the show in terms of our decorations. I could not recommend more highly Beverly and the entire experience.

When we first started working together I shared my vision and Beverley worked with me to create exactly what I what I was hoping for. She worked with me to adjust the ideas to what would be within my budget and showed a lot of flexibility. When the lockdown began (just two weeks before my wedding), Beverley was accommodating and allowed me to postpone even though I was beyond the cancellation period.

We kept in regular communication as plans changed and Beverley was very reassuring. Although this is a challenging time for wedding suppliers too, Beverley is always very positive and encouraging.

As I could only have a 30 person wedding, Beverly adjusting the reception flowers and put more into the ceremony arch and flower crowns. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were glorious. The smells and colours were perfect. It truly made our day!

I called on a Saturday morning requesting flowers to be delivered to a local family. I wasn’t sure how soon this could be arranged but the assistant, Beverly, offered a same day delivery. I admittedly had little knowledge of flowers but set my budget, explained the purpose of the gift and trusted Beverly to create a lovely gift. It’s safe to say she exceeded expectation and I’m very pleased with the outcome. In just a few hours I had a phone call from the delighted recipients, who adored the beautifully presented bouquet. I wanted a bouquet of flowers for my wife to celebrate our 22nd [Copper] wedding anniversary and called the Edge of the Florist, as they had good reviews online, to see if they could help me.
I spoke with Beverly over the phone and explained the copper theme I was looking for.
She was more than happy to offer some great ideas and help with a bespoke arrangement.
When I picked the bouquet up on Saturday morning I was really surprised at how good the service was and amazed at what they had created.
Beverley was friendly, courteous and had taken a vague request from me over the phone and turned it into something truly stunning, bespoke and absolutely on-point for a copper themed occasion.
It is quite extraordinary that for the same price (or better) than you might pay at somewhere like Interflora you get a customised and exceptionally beautiful one-of-a-kind arrangement.
