Exceptionally good selection of food items.

Good brownies, cinnamon rolls, croissants.

Love their inhouse digestive biscuits that goes for 0.95 £ that at par with the higher priced Mcvities Digestive.

They have a good selection of premium king cherries (slightly expensive) , a variety of decent quality cheese that's priced reasonably, very good flap jacks, a good selection of yummy tasting fruit yoghurts.

My son loves their brownies.

Located inside the Derbion mall just outside Costa Coffee.

Bra size/ measure service. Brilliant staff especially Tracey her name I think? She book me in on the same day, I haven't got a clue with bras she explained what was best for me and now am 2 size up (a to c now) I feel confident now and know what bras to buy now. I got to excited I shouted it out in the changing rooms 🤦🏼‍♀😂 and made the other staff members laugh. But thank you for your patience with me and explain. See you in 6 months time.

Visited today to exchange some gift items (Male Autograph items). It was going to be complex but the transactions were dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner despite it requiring several steps to the transaction. Well done and thanks

They seem to be struggling for staff , it's really busy at the weekend and always have an amazing display of fresh flowers , there security man was also very polite welcoming and helpful

Very disappointed to see staff in cafe on tills then handling confectionery without washing hands or wearing gloves not good enough

M&S has always been one of my favourite shops. The service here did not disappoint. Always a nice selection of clothes and delicious food options in the food hall, as well as a lovely onsite coffee shop ☕

Everyone knows M&S. The store always looks nice, the staff are always helpful and polite, the range of products is good for the size of the store and you can do click and collect.

I visited the store on Thursday 27th April looking for a trouser suit for my granddaughters wedding a young gentleman on the staff stopped to direct me to the place where they were I was struggling to walk I had had an operation on my back and he was most patient and helpful I didnt catchhis name but I would like him to know and thank him for his kindness

Visited M&S on a mission to aquire lingerie for my wife😩 Fortunately with my daughter's help I managed to obtain what I needed.The mysteries of female underwear has fascinated me since I was 13 (72 now) but buying it is whole new ball game.Apparently it fits well and is what she wanted,😇so thanks M & S and my daughter!

I had a bra fit at Derbion today with a young lady called Ria. This lady was absolutely amazing in finding me and bringing me lots of different bras to try on in my correct bra size…., she’s picked me bras out I would never have picked myself…., and I loved them. I felt really at ease and comfortable with her..,., I eventually spent over £162 because all the bras she picked for me fit and felt so nice, I was in the wrong size for over a year , so now I’ve updated my underwear drawer. Thankyou Ria from the Derbion….,, you are a credit to the company xx

Really felt safe due to the procedures they have in place during the pandemic. Staff very efficient and friendly, stock good quality and bright colours this year, and more fashionable too. Bought a load of stuff and very happy with it. Homewares great too. We t today again for menswear, and happy to see 25% reductions, fantastic!!

We wanted to buy some Mark's and Spencer luxury Christmas crackers to take abroad to family for Xmas and on the way in we were greeted by a lovely young lady who was more than happy to direct us to exactly where they were. We found the ones we wanted and made our way to the checkout to pay. The lady who served us was lovely. She even went running around the men's wear section to find us a large enough carrier bag for them. Really top quality service.

Called in today to the food hall. Short queue with waiting time about 3 minutes. No problem getting along the things I needed. Staff were lovely, polite and jovial. One way in and one exit made it a quick and enjoyable visit.

Best shop.but.expensive at times.

Today i called in store to query a notification i had received about a change in the due date for a few gifts we ordered . The lady i spoke to was very reassuring and helpful enough to take some details and offer to contact us upon the arrival of our delivery .
I was really surprised by this and thanked her before heading off to work . Then 2 hours later we had a call from the lady to inform us . We are so grateful and impressed that this member of staff went way above and beyond to helpus thank you soo much marks n spencers derby great work 👌

Honestly love Marks and Spencer. This one has 3 floors and has got pretty much everything like food Hall, clothes and home stuff. Love the cafe but it gets quite busy because its so popular so difficult to find a seat. I normally go when I need to stay later at collage I would go to Marks and Spencer and they would reduce the Fresh stuff like sushi, sandwiches and role's and sometimes fruit and I get that x
