We had delicious pizza today for lunch. Many varieties made more difficult to choose the best. But Katie (staff) helped us and proposed to have two different varieties per person. That was made us to have the best. Will visit again soon. The staff were very friendly specifically Katie ❤

Visited Saturday early afternoon and the large car park was busy. Decided to sit outside undercover. Everything about our visit was faultless. Ordered and payed via the App which was easy, however, it is possible to order and pay at the bar. Great choice of food and drinks. We had the small Yakitori sticks for starters, and the Mongolian Filet Beef, and Thai Chicken Curry for mains which were very tasty. Followed by tea and Apple Gyozas. A fantastic meal at a reasonable price with great service. Will definitely visit again.

Having enjoyed a couple of meals at the Hunloke Arms we decided to visit another pub in the Chilled Pubs chain and popped into the Joiners Arms. It’s much the same kind of experience as we’d had before – a really lovely venue with a great atmosphere, good food and generally great vibes. Strong themes in terms of layout – rustic meets modern – and the food and service were really high quality. Loved the very large beer garden, which is where we sat. Ordering was a breeze – though lack of staff outside meant I had to go indoors for a pizza box (but that’s not really a massive issue). Really liked that you could order tap water on the app – it’s all I really drink when driving. The Joiners Arms actually has two beer gardens, one open at the front and then the semi-covered one at the back. Inside it’s very cosy with multiple rooms to eat or just have drinks. Pizza was great. Brilliant service today from Katie for my Mums birthday. There was a small issue with our food (not the servers fault) but she sorted it for us straight away with no issues, and was lovely and pleasant to talk to❤

Stunning pub/ restaurant! We visited on a Saturday lunch time with our 2 children. The servers were all very lovely. We had a young girl looking after us and she was great. The kids’ meals came quickly and they were very generous portions.
Our adult meals were also generous and really tasty!
All through the meal, we were checked on and she gave the children attention.
The kids were able to walk around (sensibly) to see all the lights. It is really beautiful inside.

This place is amazing, it's an unassuming "pub" from the outside but so much more inside.

The decor and atmosphere is far more than just a gastro-pub. We were seated and given the introductions, it took a while to consider our options for food (as well as the very comprehensive drinks list!!). The size of the meals were exceptional, flavours far exceeded my expectation of a pub, again, it really isn't just pub grub. Food clearance and serving was well timed and not rushed; I hate being chivied along when I am out eating.

The staff, well they need to share their skills with so many other food services; professional, courteous and a genuine thank you for visiting and to have a great rest of your day. Not many places offer that as a departing gesture, oh yes, added to that, the bag of mixed sweets for all at the table on settling of the bill - I loved that little touch, and whoever purchased them, their selection of treats.

Lovely place with soft lushes pizza 🍕. Didn't try the yokitori even though it looked delicious and everyone seems to order it. I recommend the Chilli honey chips .

Wonderful meal again (fourth visit) for my daughter's birthday. Our server went above and beyond, chatting to my daughter about her birthday and wishing her well in her exams.
It's an amazing atmosphere here. Highly recommended, just beware if you have eyes bigger than your belly because you get a lot for your money. Driving home with a serious food baby !! Wear an elasticated waist band when you visit

Visiting some friends up from London and they brought us here. This was the best dining experience we’ve ever had. Walking in, the pub is absolutely beautiful! The service to get us to our table was prompt and friendly. We were explained how the restaurant worked and the lovely Myra was over to take our drinks order really quickly! She took amazing care of us all evening. The food was absolutely incredible, most of us ordered the big yakatori sticks, which were huge and the meat was so tender! 10/10! Very reasonably priced for what you get and so many cocktail and mocktail options! Lemon sorbet was yum on them as well! When we’re up visiting again we’ll absolutely be calling back in!

Beautiful pub, wonderful food especially for the price! Great drinks and gorgeous outside space, highly highly recommend!

Come here often, never had a bad meal from here. The pizzas are always cooked to perfection with plenty of toppings. And huge! The drinks are usually top class however I did have the passionfruit cooler this time and it was mostly ice whereas I usually have the Homemade Lemonade which is the best! I had the open steak sandwich, incredibly tasty and filling. And I always finish the meal with a strawberry stick, amazing. Please do not miss out on this place.
Only downside is that you can't have group meals of over 8 people here as I wanted to come here for my birthday but unfortunately can't.

As one of my favourite gastro pubs, the Joiners is a very slick operation, catering for families who may want a pizza in the covered outdoor area, a light sunny day bite in the garden, traditional pub area or a good buzz and atmosphere in the “blossom room”.
Food caters for everyone.
I love the Beef Yakisoba and Korean chicken bao bun, Louise had the Cornflake chicken + Siricha and Tempura prawn starters, followed by Mongolian Beef.
Good selection of beers (Asahi, Estrella, Peroni) and wines.
One of my favourite places in Derbyshire.

One of the best pubs in Derby! We had the yakitori sticks which were amazing. The cookie sandwich is to die for!

A wonderful evening and amazing food. Booked to come here with my partner for his birthday and it was just spot on! A special thank you to Olivia our waitress for the great service. Will definitely be coming back again to try other dishes from the menu 😁

Alex our server was fab! Welcomed us, explained how the 2 kitchens worked separate (main menu & pizza menu). Was there to take our orders throughout and made sure everything was perfect.

The food was amazing! For the price, you really do get a lot for your money! The garlic pizza breads are incredible, we tried the tomato one today and it was perfect for 2 people along with some other little bits.

Really enjoyed it, would recommend and will definitely return.

Dropped in here on the spur of the moment. Absolutely great! Really big covered outside area full of tables. Very clever menu. My Yakitori stick was a big hanging kebab served with really good chips and a salad. My wife really enjoyed her Mongolian beef with rice.. The bill for two of us including drinks was under £60. Staff were really ‘on it’ . We were very well looked after by Amelia and her colleagues. Recommended.

The cocktail selection is super affordable and delicious.
I would absolutely come back, it's a must see for anyone especially during Christmas time it's magical!
