This shop has all the stuff you would need to redo your home, from garden to kitchen, pluming to electrics, it also has some stuff for cars like light bulb changing kit and a selection of car cleaning products.

Great choice of products and accessories, very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. My dog is always welcome and gets a treat. A very happy customer 😀 😊 😄 we will definitely become regular 😀

This shop is great. It has everything you could ever need for most DIY jobs, and unlike the big stores, you can buy just the right amount of fixtures and fittings. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and it's also a great shop to browse round for household items.

Really great shop with lots of stock, literally anything you may need for your house from cleaning supplies, garden equipment and DIY to Christmas cake decorations! Brilliant customer service, staff willing to help with any questions and really know their stock.

I can't thank the manager of Austin's in Billingshurst enough for his help and advice when purchasing a telephone for my 93 year old Mother recently. Adrian went above and beyond the call of duty. This has always been a great hardware store and now even greater!

Not a particularly large shop but it is probably the life-blood of Billingshurst - it carries a huge and surprisingly comprehensive stock: things for DIY like paint, tools, chain, screws, hooks, electrical and plumbing items; products for the garden; small kitchen appliances; cleaning products; gas cylinders. It's almost a challenge to find something they haven't got or can't get! Friendly helpful service. Small customer-only carpark at back down a small alley beside the shop.

A terrific hardware shop , well stocked, friendly staff and parking at rear. Far superior to any of the large chains.

The staff are always helpfull. They have a good stock from screws garden benches.
