Great service. Car in for 2nd year service, 1st time at Tates, original garage no longer DS. Tim was very helpful, as to was Natasha on the initial contact to book the service. Loan vehicle made available and being hybrid Tim explained how to best use it.
Service was completed as well as an issue with the rear suspension, done under warranty. My car was cleaned inside and out. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks

Fantastic Customer Service. The staff loves the brand and vehicles they are selling. The fact they can tell you everything about the cars even from why the leather was designed the way it was is amazing. I still haven't chosen what car I want yet but DS are definitely in my top 3 choices!

Terrific service. Had to have an MOT urgently that day and Tim booked me in despite me giving very little notice, was done quickly and was even offered a temporary car while the MOT was being done! Highly recommend!

This is the worst car dealer I have ever got a car from the service manager has a very rude attutude the car is falling apart and have to wait two months to get it looked at horrible service also charge 23 p a mile for courtesy car when we live 2 hours away from dealer cost us 2£20 just to get home

Apart from the official statement that is written in the emails that I have received from DS company for test drive ,that EU driving license is valid for test drive they refused after I have arrived in the Crawley branch to do test drive because of my EU driving licence.

I want to share this issue with public and letting everyone knows that with this company a group of people that are living here could be treated in different ways.
