Heidi is brilliant, she is so knowledgeable and helpful in regards to advising and ordering additional kitchen cupboards and a new quartz counter top. I'm a complete DIY novice and a bit scared to make changes but Heidi explained everything brilliantly and put me at ease. Thanks Heidi!

I recently purchased a Panasonic combination microwave from this Company via Amazon. My Wife and I are both 89 and 90, housebound and not very able. We had to have no less than five delivered before we received one in perfect order. Whilst Avensys can only supply what they receive from Panasonic new and in the box I must say that the cooperation received from them to resolve this distressing situation was absolutely superb and they certainly went that extra mile to please and I can not speak highly enough of their attention to detail. Only came across this little gem of a shop whilst walking past and saw a sign saying "We price match Currys or John Lewis". I thought to myself this must be an electrical store so took a browse.

This shop is on two levels, upstairs being their 'world class' smart home display and downstairs having a wide variety of white good, smart devices and other electrical products.

What i like about this place is that its independent so you get something a little different with that more personal touch.

There is a wide choice of branding here from your cheaper more affordable high street brands to the top end stuff too.

One of the best electrical retailers in the UK. Great showroom and a superb show apartment displaying kitchens, home cinema and integrated smart home tech.

Really good service, they go out of their way to answer all your questions and are happy to assist with any of the products. They delivered My Sony Bravia TV at the said time and even called me before they came to confirm the delivery time. I bought a fridge after that and would probably buy the more appliances from them. Their customer service is really exceptional and outstanding.

Lee Hobbs has been super helpful dealing with a slight issue with a product we purchased. His communication skills have been excellent all the way through, he's been understanding and professional and as a result we are being sent a replacement. Top customer service! Thank you Lee!

Just had a great experience with using the Smart home team (Paul and Nick). Arrived on time, with the correct equipment and kit and did exactly what was agreed. Paul went the extra mile to install all the apps required and explain fully how they worked. Furthermore he arranged for a locksmith and electrician to do associated but separate work. Great service.

Ordered online and had issues with signing up (system error) which meant I didn’t receive my order confirmation. I then contacted customer service and they were so efficient in helping me. I received my item the next working day and I couldn’t be happier. A nice business who care about their customers above all, you don’t get much of that these days - I cannot recommend them enough! We came in to buy a high quality music system. There is a fantastic listening area where you can sit and experience the equipment. Adam was wonderful, explaining in detail how the system works, switching components on and off so that we could hear the difference and answering all of our (many) questions in detail. We went for a Sonos which plays music and acts as a cinema surrond sound. Thank you so much Adam, we have been smiling for days.

Wow wow amazing customer service. Marcus and Martin opened the store after they shot today to help me out with some gas for a barbecue. Couldn’t of been more helpful and accommodating. Next time you need advice on one of the many appliances that they sell I cannot recommend a Avensys Crawley enough. 5 star customer service

What a amazing company. Ive used them for supporting me in the renovation of my kitchen and lounge and the service and support has been second to none. Control 4, Sony and Fisher and Paykel brands just brilliant and the staff so friendly and helpful.

The shop in Crawley, all the staff are super helpful indeed. Would go nowhere else. As for the chaps that come around and install just brilliant.
For me they came just to move my TV in my lounge and went above and beyond.

TV's and sound systems have moved on a bit since we last were in the market so some research was going to be needed. As I quickly found out there are lots of folks out there that will sell you a big telly but at AVENSYS they were much more interested in our requirements, our room size, our seating and viewing positions before they got round to demonstrating suitable AV equipment in their well equipt showroom. A site visit was made to finalise recommendations. I felt confident about the advise given and placed the order..... Two months later, when the media unit in which the TV was be housed was ready, the AVENSYS engineers came to instal our new tv and soundbar and they did a great job of both the installation and the handover briefing. I am delighted with the result and feel I am in good hands should any after sale support be needed..... A strong recommendation from me for AVENSYS.....

We needed a number of appliances for our house renovation. We went to a number of other electrical stores and we were still no further forward in knowing what to buy until we went to avensys and spoke to hiedi grover
She knew it ALL she was very informative and helped us so much in what to buy and we ended buying all appliances with her at avensys.
Delivery was fine and all staff were helpful.

Have recently bought a Panasonic OLED tv from the Crawley ,Sussex branch .All we knew was we wanted a Panasonic . The salesman Paul , was terrific, so courteous and knowledgable explaining and demonstrating the TVS , with no pressure to buy . The guys who installed the new set for us were amazing too -Tony and Peter . They had a mass of wires and appliances to sort out which took ages , and they also took all the unwanted stuff away for us .Then very patiently explained and showed how to use everything .Well worth paying for the installation , these guys are so good at their job
All in all , a first class service from Avesys Crawley , manger Martin has a very good team working for him , and we would not hesitate in recommending them

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Matthew explained the differences in the tv's and gave a demonstration on the different sorts of screens so we could make a decision on what we were going to buy. Not pushy like Curry's! Highly recommend going.

Show room looks amazing! Really smart and well laid out. So many items to look at, be it a new TV & sound system, washing machine, cooker or just a pair of headphones. Up to date tech with smart appliances like washing machines or lighting / smart homes. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Highly recommended.
