I can’t recommend Boulevard Dental Care enough.

Like most people, I was terrified about having dental work and I’ve found it hard to find a good dentist in the past, but these guys go above and beyond to help you and make you feel at ease. From the friendly welcome of the receptionist, Ovidijus, to the dental nurse, Asta and Dr. Babak, they are all lovely, kind, professional people.

If you’re looking for a private dentist, give these guys a call.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine welcoming smile. It felt like I was visiting old friends instead of being at the dental clinic. The reception area was cozy and clean, with lots of magazines to distract yourself if you're feeling nervous while waiting for your appointment. The helpful staff explained and answered all of my questions, without trying to push or upsell procedures I didn't need, unlike other dental clinics. Communication was easy since all the staff members speak at least three languages. Overall, I would say it's the best dental clinic I've ever visited, with amazing staff members! Thank You!

Absolutely great dental practice. The check-ups always go smooth and quick. Team who works are true professionals. Also, my 4 year daughter had the most wonderful experience too. She left dental practice excited and was saying “it was not scary, it was fun”. It tells a lot! :)

Booked an emergency appointment at 1400 and was seen 2 hours later. As someone that is very nervous visiting the dentist I couldn’t recommend enough. All the staff are lovely, helped me and kept me informed every step of the way. Will definitely be going back as a regular client. Thank you so much ☺

I called the dentist as I was in pain and they were able to fit me in on the same day. I have since been undergoing treatment. Everyone is wonderful. Availability of appointments is great. I am a very nervous patient and the whole team have made me feel so much better during treatment. I would highly reccomend.

All the dentists who work here are fantastic. I had to have an infected wisdom tooth extracted and being a very nervous patient was dreading the experience but the dentist put me at ease and was so much better for having it done I thoroughly recommend this dental practice as everyone is nice and friendly and since coming here I've certainly become less nervous about going to the dentist.

I presented today as an emergency case with an ongoing agonising dental issue, I am sadly terrified of dentists and always put off having to go as I get so anxious about it but today the dentist who saw me put me at ease, he made me feel calm, he constantly checked in on me, noticed my colour was changing after numbing injections so made sure to give me sugar to raise my blood pressure as he noticed I’d gone white, he was very good at keeping conversation flowing with myself and my partner which helped distract me from what was going on and the nerves I had after making the decision for an extraction.
He gave me plenty of choice and options without making me feel pressured and ensured I could make my own informed decision.

Overall I’m very very impressed, best dental experience I have ever had and it’s made me make the decision to want to join the practice permanently as a private patient

Mr Ghoreshi , what an absolutely brilliant dentist. I presented today as a nervous emergency case. His calm approach made me completely relaxed and at ease as he explained everything that he was going to do, informed me he would be gentle.. and he was. I had an infected wisdom tooth extracted without any drama or pain. All the staff involved ; receptionist and his assistant were professional and assuring. I hadn’t been near a dentist for 10 years due to bad experiences but have already booked a check up. Five star service , pricey for private service but the relief I feel made every penny spent worthwhile. Thank you

I had broken my front tooth and had no idea what to do. When I came to Boulevard Dental Care my expectations were low as I have had unpleasant experiences with dental practices before. Even though I was a clueless emergency, the receptionist, Ovidijus, was very compassionate and explained everything to me in great detail and reassured me that it would be a smooth and a painless process; we agreed that I had to get a filling done.
When the dentist, Dr Egle, called me into the room I was feeling fine but still had my doubts. Yet, I had nothing to worry about as she took great care of me and she was done in under 2 hours. Furthermore, Asta (the nurse), was very gentle and talked me through the whole process.
When I left the surgery my confidence had massively improved, they did such a good job and my tooth now looks brand new. I am so thankful to the whole dental team and I will definitely be back!!

I could not recommend this practice more, especially if you are a nervous patient like I am! Dr Babak made every effort to make me feel as comfortable and at ease as possible explaining every step and explaining the treatment.
I’ve never had a positive experience at a dentist prior to this and I can honestly say after having visited Boulevard dental and Dr Babak I’m now looking forward to taking proper care of my teeth in the future, and feel far less nervous about visiting the dentist! I can’t thank everyone at this practice enough. I was in severe pain with root canal problems. They saw me at short notice as an emergency patient, explained in detail all my options and then after extracting the tooth pointed out that the dead root was the cause of my endless sinus pain - no ENT specialist had even thought of that! I’ve had treatment over the past few months for an implant and at every stage they’ve been so professional, friendly and informative. They take huge pride in their work and I have every confidence in recommending them to anyone.

Have had several treatments here, the whole team are friendly and professional. They give me plenty of options and all the work is carried out with the most care. Today I had the first of two appointments to fit a crown. Dr Babak made the whole procedure easy and virtually pain free. If anyone is slighlty nervous at the dentist I would recommend as the whole team are very caring and understanding.

Super quick service to get mouth guard fitted and a thorough clean. Really efficient service. It was great to get an appointment the week I booked. Would recommend this practice!

Dr Babak, Ms Aster and Reception are all very polite and helpful. Had extraction and fillings where all costs and procedures were explained and priced transparently. They are very sensitive to your needs and try to manage your experience/ comfort in procedures. Recommend this dentist in Crawley

Great clinic, stuff (all doctor, nurse and reception manager).
Nurse and Reception manager can even talk Russian. They all were very helpful, friendly and professional.

Will not comment costs as this is my first time visiting dentist in the UK but I expect costs are average expensive for private clinic.

Highly recommended - 10/10!! The whole team are always so helpful, friendly and professional. From my very first appointment, Babak put me at ease and he has done amazing work on my teeth and I couldn't be happier, i've got my smile back and I cannot thank Boulevard Dental enough!!

I would highly recommend. I found the staff very professional and polite. Ina, who i believe is the principal dentist, is very welcoming and always has smart and educated advice. I have never been waiting long when i have been there. This is important to me as i go during a break from work or directly after work and always seem to be on a tight schedule. I will be returning and it's great to see a business that knows the value of good customer service. Well done all involved.
