Furnace Green Cafe

The staff are great, and the hygiene in the cafe is impeccable. They serve what I consider to be the best tasting coffee in Crawley. Be prepared for busy periods tho, the place is popular and has many regular customers. Overall I would recommend to everyone.

We went for an All Day Breakfast at 2:15pm on Sunday. The cafe was not busy, 6 tables were occupied and because of very fast and efficient service of genuinely friendly staff there was not much waiting involved. We've finished our meals at 2:40pm (my husband had an Extra All Day Breakfast). I've had a Vegetarian Breakfast option. It was brilliant that they didn't serve a vegetarian sausage which would have been a processed food, but instead I've had a freshly cooked hash brown (not the frozen version). The mushrooms were cooked to perfection, slightly brown - yummy! Poached egg - oil free. Beans, couple of tomatoes and two very fresh buttered slices of white loaf. My white americano was super tasty too! I will definitely be going back to the Furnace Green Cafe.

P. S. Bring some change for the tip if you are paying card - it's very much deserved.

Really lovely little cafe - recommended to me at the local pub as somewhere to get a coffee - food was fresh and cooked to perfection and staff were really polite and accommodating! It was also spotlessly clean. Highly recommended and I'll definitely visit again if I'm ever back in that area!

A lovely friendly local independent café. Service at table and when you've been in a few times sign language for another cuppa is enough for Melanie to bring one over.
Food freshly prepared with homemade marinades for eg grilled chicken breast with salad n chips £6... Funnily moist and tender.
All round good value and child friendly but all age clientele.

I had 2 hrs to kill before I headed to Gatwick. Found this place via Google Maps. Clean and friendly with good size portions on the plate. What more could you want?

Food is just what you want and there's a massive range to suit everyone!
The café is spacious and has both indoor and outdoor seating.
Prices are reasonable too, especially for the high level of service.
