Nando's Crawley

Lovely place to stop in for food! The service was very quick, the food itself was great, and the place was clean and tidy. There’s a QR code on the table so you order through that. The toilets also had a little foot handle for you to pull the door so you don’t have to touch the handle after washing your hands!

Can't go wrong with this branch. The food hits more times than it misses. Service is prompt after ordering. It can get busy and have long waits at peak times but definitely worth it.

Thank you Erika and Villy the 2 of lovely members of staff I met Monday (22/04) afternoon.

I live in Spain now and had to sort out some things near Gatwick. I was craving some Nando's and this branch did not disappoint. Very fast and friendly service. The tall young man with blonde hair stood out. His humour and positive attitude enhanced my Nando's experience.

No it's not a Michelin starred restaurant but it was excellent. From arrival to leaving, excellent. I haven't been to any Nandos before but I will be going again. We were greeted by a friendly host who I believe was the manager. Seated quickly, although we did move , only to a bigger table. It's not table service so you are given menus and you order at the counter. The menu was extensive but easy to navigate so we were quick. I had two separate vouchers and a discount card to use, and then I had to add cash, but the waitress was not thrown or annoyed by that. She just calmly took our order . You then collect your own cutlery , napkins and sauces and then fill your own drinks and sit down . Don't take too long otherwise your food will arrive at the table before you do . It's that quick. One of our party went to the loo and her food was on the table before she sat down . As I said don't expect gourmet dining. However what I had was excellent. It was hot , plentiful and tasty . You can choose how spicy you have your food and there is a huge array of extra spicy sauces you can add .
The staff are attentive after service and I can't fault it . Busy but not too noisy, music not too loud either. All in all a very good experience. I shall be going again . We'll done Nandos.

Food was fantastic, the app makes things so easy to order. Only thing though Was the waitress came over and asked "is everything ok with your meal" literally 2 seconds after our food had come and we clearly had full plates. Apart from that fantastic

Staff are very friendly, asked for some more mayo and we received a whole plate full of little tubs. The food was delicious too, love the limited time garlic BBQ flavour, just like the mango one, I'll miss it when it's gone! We also rocked up on Monday afternoon and there were plenty of tables available, inside and out. Would definitely go again, especially before heading back to Gatwick airport.

A 20 minute wait to get a table for 4 but once we were in we used the table service via the Nando’s app and the food was with us inside 10 mins. The food was brilliant as well with no mistakes to our order. A very good experience overall and will visit again

Decided to have some lunch at Nandos today. As usual it was really busy but team did well to deal with customers quickly. We ordered a sharing platter of whole chicken and 4 sides. They chicken was really tasty and juicy. Most places tend to dry out chicken but not Nandos. They know what they doing. The services was really professional and team friendly. Overall really good experience. @saffa_foodie

BEST BURGER EVER (Sunset Burger Extra Hot with Halloumi Cheese) and the workers are very nice. One accidentally spilled ketchup on me and felt very sorry and allowed to get a free dessert of my choice. I got the most expensive one (forgot what it's called) and it tasted amazing. And the thing is I didnt even get much ketchup spilled on me, it was just a little splodge. Overall, it made my day.

Quite interesting combination of fast food and restaurant I would say! Prices are decent, really appreciate unlimited soft drinks/squash option. Was quite surprised for the chunk of meat I received - very satisfying! First time trying their hot sauce and, well, it was great! Recommend to any food lover!

First time going to Nandos and I have to say, I was very impressed. The food was great, the service was excellent and the prices are very reasonable indeed.

VLAD the employee is amazing he deserves a raise honestly, makes amazing jokes, wonderful atmosphere he brings to your Nando’s in Crawely you beat Reigate Nando’s because they don’t have a VLAD

Classic nandos, served and seated quickly, great food you expect from this chain. The only downside is that the toilets could benefit from a refurb.

Nice food and very clean and the outside is very clean the bloke that sweeps up and picks up the litter empty the bins is great I think is name is Nick 🤣

One of the best restaurants in the area simply because of the customer service and their willingness to help

Absolutely amazing service, especially from the amazing waiter who served our table, called Micaela (Gonzales, I believe). She was such a great waiter, always attentive and ready to serve. The food was delicious and it was especially aided by the waiter, as she made sure to fulfill my vegetarian request. Really made a great impression to my visit to Nandos Crawley.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and such a nice place to take ur family and the managers no there jobs
