Our rental car had a tire warning light come on. Fortunately Huw Lewis was still open. They filled up the tire and reset our car's computer. It was late in the day and they could not have been more helpful and pleasant. A fantastic level of service. Thank you for helping out some weary travellers. I could not recommend this place more.

Absolutely brilliant service, we had a little run in with a mountain on holiday and called for a new tyre (not a very popular tyre) but they had stock and fixed it immediately. Lovely staff only happy to help, we given free coffee to warm up on also, which was very appreciated considering we had just spent the last hours in rain and snow.

We were in a tough spot with a gash in the sidewall and a 200 mile drive home ahead, we spoke to them on the phone and received good advice.

We were all fixed up with the spare tyre swapped out about 3 mins after getting there.

On a day trip and heading to Aberystwyth, I picked up a puncture somewhere between Mallwyd and Machynlleth.
Unfortunately the tyre was unrepairable due to sidewall damage so a new tyre was fitted and we were on the road again within an hour.
Great service and friendly staff.

I stopped here quickly just befor they closed as i was worried about a bad wheel bearing making my 4x4 unsafe.
I asked them too look and they quickly helped cheak all 4 wheels given me piece off mind knowing that I can continue my journey safely.

Just had the warmest service from this company. I called because had a flat tyre where we were staying about 2 miles away. We were able to get a ride to the garage. They loaned us the air pump without question. After getting back to put some air in the tyre we then turned up the young man was so nice and friendly he done an amazing job sorting out our tyre and rebalancing the car. The lady who took the payment was very nice she gave us directions to the sea front so we can enjoy the rest of our holiday in Wales. People are very friendly must come again soon I strongly recommend it

Thank you to Sarah and the Team at Huw Lewis Tyres. Experiencing a problem tyre with no spare equipped modern Mercedes car is guaranteed to scupper anyone’s holiday plans . Thankfully the first tyre shop we encountered as we rolled very slowly into Machynlleth was Huw Lewis tyres. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and the team of fitters . After inspecting the tyre all options were considered to try and get us back up and running as quickly as possible . The only solution to our situation was a replacement tyre that had to be ordered in. They made every effort to ensure that this was achieved as quickly as possible and the service we received was so friendly and accommodating. A model for customer service that transformed a disappointing, plan scuppering experience into an enjoyable one . Sarah even gave us some fantastic recommendations for places to visit for our travels when we were back up and running . Thank you Sarah and Team for getting our holiday back on track and turning a negative into a positive .

Pulled in for a puncture repair on a flat tyre just as they closed, in the rain. Mechanics were friendly, thorough, and clean. Helped me get back on the road safely and with no fuss or complaints about being shut. Fee was also cheap!
