I and my company have been with Thompson Taraz Rand, previously Stanes Rand for some 20 years. I can't imagine a better service. Initially I dealt with Andrew Rand and these days Craig Lockley who really knows his stuff and is so helpful. I get full attention and fast responses to queries even though my company is very small and I'm sure they have bigger clients. James Dogget does our R&D claims. This company have more than earned their fees over the years and I would totally recommend them for any company large or small.

Word to the wise. I had a dubious credit card transaction on my account which naturally i have reported and since had returned to me. The business which took the money, while I was on a secure network at home on an app with nothing to do with this business had its registered address as Thompson Taraz Rand. I googled the actual business that took the money (create Developments (Manchester) Cambridge and they had no web site, no reviews and no contact phone no. Just a registered address at Thompson Taraz Rand. I contacted TTR and spoke to a lady who appeared to display some concern and noted my contact number and said that she would report it to the MD. I expected a phone call but none was forthcoming. I further called TTR a few days later and the same lady answered and the same message was given to me. Since then no phone call which seemed to me to appear a little bit suspicious. One would think that if a business knew that another business was using their address as a registered location, and that said business was taking money of people, that the MD of that business would show some concern and call back and provide absolute proof that his address was nothing to do with the fraudulent company, and that he had actually maybe had reported it to the police. I'm not in anyway suggesting that TTR have done anything untoward here, but i would have thought they would have shown a little more concern than they have.

I certainly wouldn’t be recommending to anyone. Unresponsive and over priced and no value add.

Very poor service , over priced and when they make a mistake submitting your accounts they do not take responsibility , I would not recommend
