Good and fast service

Two times I booked through Treat Well and both times it was a suprise to them when I arrived, at a schduled time. Beauticians working here change on an almost weekly basis. From the three treatments I had here, two were very poor and done unprofessionally and one was good. I'd not recommend this place and I avoid it now. It's a shame as the location is very convenient.

Waxing was okay. However, I had a horrible experience with their spa pedicure.. It was painful and not relaxing at all :( The lady who did my spa pedicure seemed like she was in a rush, she had so much pressure with her hands during filing and cuticle removal.. My nail beds hurt and at some point I was bleeding :( They also don't have proper chairs for a relaxing pedicure, ambience not so good either. Not worth the money I paid for.

Over priced. Used a really abrasive file to take the top of the shellac off and got half my skin with it. Didn’t soak my nails before doing cuticles so not a good experience, then didn’t buff the shellac after so now the oil has dried they are really cloudy. And no massage. Won’t be returning.

Good for waxing , not the best for nails

Can’t speak for other services but the eyelash extension was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Not even sure if it’s safe, the glue hurt so much and now there’s still white stuff left on my lashes, eyelid, and even eyeball… throughout the process it also felt like she’s pulling my lashes out, constantly hurt. Especially to note, they used a regular tape like what you’ll use to tape your document papers for my eyes… so when she took it off, it felt like my skin was tearing apart… which is ridiculous!!! The worst eyelash service I’ve ever had. Also over priced. The only one star I left is for her customer service, she was friendly after all. Otherwise would’ve given a zero-star.

Travelled all the way just to see the salon shut at 5PM.
