A great time here. Shuffleboard was £5 but this was during the day so might be more at night but we played for about an hour with a couple of drinks. Really friendly staff and we noticed they do quiz nights and other theme nights. Really nice place, one of my favourite pubs in Cambridge. We didn't eat but the food we did see looked nice. Decent pint of guiness too. We will definitely be returning!

Had a great time here. The steak was good and had some chicken wings as well. Took part in the quiz which was slightly unfair because of all the noise and you have to pay to get noise cancelling earphones to have a chance at hearing the questions.

Came in today, really great food, nice selection of bevy’s and the guys behind the bar were super nice and welcoming. Great atmosphere, the team friendly and a good laugh. Great all rounder pub, good for groups, food and a quick pint after work.

Had a lovely pint poured by the bartender Fred. He was a very friendly chap and I would definitely return again. Great atmosphere and amazing staff.

Came in with a group of us for my birthday, and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the interior of the pub was. The staff were absolutely lovely, with one young man at the bar who was brilliant! (didn’t catch the name) Had a great time and will be back again soon.

We recently had our baby shower here! We could not recommend it enough! The staff were SO accommodating with our booking. And the food they put on was very reasonably priced considering the quality and quantity (we had the mixed buffet menu). They even put labels on the veggie/vegan options. Everyone commented on the food and said it was delicious! They also loved the great selections of beers/wines/gins. 😀 oh and the view of Parker's Piece is amazing.

The venue is really spacious and the upstairs space really beautiful. The atmosphere is always great fun. I went a couple of times to a boogie nights event with a lot of DJs and love acts of soul, funk, and disco and it was one of the best event I’d been in a while! I would absolutely recommend the venue and their events!

The Grain & Hop has, for me, become one of the main venues I go to in Cambridge! The building is absolutely beautiful, the staff are friendly and welcoming, there’s lots of live music performances as well as DJ sets that you can enjoy for free and there are TVs everywhere, making it perfect for watching sport! If you haven’t checked it out already you really should!

Beautiful views out the window, location is great and this pub is Huge! Delicious menu, especially brunch, you have to try the Turkish eggs 😍 and the dirty burgers if you're extra hungry. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options, huge selection of spirits, craft beer, non alcoholic options. My favourite pub in Cambridge, perfect for chilling, working and studying, live music and events, predrinks, date night, they've really got it all covered. Refurb looks amazing, downstairs is cosy, upstairs is bright and airy, and the addition of an extended heated and covered garden is the icing on the cake.

I’ve come here a few times and every time the food has always been amazing. They have a smaller menu but still got good food options.

We came to a recent music event held at The Grain & Hop Store and were immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the music, which was live, was outstanding- a mix of local performers and DJs- the beer was good too! We can thoroughly recommend this pub as the place to go in Cambridge.

Went for lunch with a couple of friends. Staff were very polite, talkative and attentive. The food was really good and great value. Am looking forward to going back soon 🙂

Incredible place would recommend! Staff are fantastic who provide efficacious service and are always happy to answer any questions. The atmosphere really helps in having fantastic conversations with friends!

Nice selection of green king and other breweries beers available such as tiny rebel good food options for all tastes. Service was good but app service from the table was clunky. Noise levels were incredibly loud the evening were there trying to enjoy the rugby.

Very nice inside. Industrial quirky, with friendly, efficient staff. We ate mains of fish&chips, southern chicken and a meat pie. All were very tasty and came quickly.

Thursday night was packed! Everyone enjoying the quiz and really good atmosphere, would definitely recommend booking a table tho. Really friendly smiley service!
