Pets at Home Worcester

Pets At Home vets and nurses are so kind and caring. My Buster passed away 4 weeks ago and they were really good with him. They were so considering and let me have time with him till the end. Thank you for everything you did for him.

I wanted to buy a dogs bed,but unfortunately they didnt have the right size. But a really helpful member of staff assisted me & ordered the right size. I would like too say she went out of her way to help me, i cant remember her name but she had long dark hair & glasses. Thank you Blaze now has a bed he is comfortable in & not sitting on my sofa.

Great place to find and buy everything you need for your pet with affordable prices. Vets and staff are always extremely helpful and polite. In general I am very happy with their service provided so far.

Very good took my cat to be checked , thought he had a tick, but he never was not charged for consultation by the nurse Very refreshing 😀 x

Staff happily wheeled heavy bags of cat litter outside and lifted them into my car, great service.

Always a friendly helpful service from staff. A varied selection of choices that cater for everyone's price range and requirements. We get all our edible hay and bedding hay , litter trays sawdust and food pellets from here it's brilliant.

Can get all of your pet needs there :) plus the vouchers in the VIP magazine really come in handy :)

I had to take my cat for her check up and annual injections. The staff were really nice and careful that we all knew what we needed to do to stay safe. I have used this service for my cat for years and have always been pleased with them. They have been outstanding during these horrible times Thank you all. 🐱🐱

Went in today... needed some advice on my rabbit... Katie helped us... omg she is was amazing... could not help us enough. She gave great advice and even came over and helped us choose some toys for the rabbit. She is an asset to your store. 5***** for Katie!!

Excellent services, went to pick a food supplement for my iguana which was available online only. I explained the situation and how much I needed it snd they kindly gave me one of their vets' stock. I feel blessed with their understanding and compassion. Will definetely recommend them to others! Thank you.

Great store. Spacious well stocked and assistants very helpful. Plenty to look at including rabbits guinea pigs hamsters and loads of goldfish and tropical fish and more.
Also there is a Veterinary practice on site and dog grooming also.
