Absolutely the best! I had an amazing experience and can't recommend them enough. I got a flat tire and arrived at the Decathlon workshop just a few minutes before closing, and they still helped me.
The guy who works at the workshop YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

I was incredibly disappointed when the Harlow Decathlon closed down , so much so you could say I moved to Cambridge just to be near one.

But in all honesty, the staff here are fantastic, always happy to help and have sorted my bike out when iv been in town and in a pinch. They have given me small bits when the other bike store in the Grafton looked at me like I was total dirt.

The staff are friendly and helpful and this shop stocks everything you will need to get into a sport of your choosing.

Accidentally lost a part of my bike on the way to the gym. Went to ask if they had the spare part that I needed. Alex, one of the guys at the workshop, was really lovely about it and helped me on the spot. Great customer service! Highly recommended 👌

Amazing staff. Ana was really helpful and patiently explained the pros and cons of the several options I had, I left very happy with my choices.

They fixed
my mountain bike properly. I got the parts and they agreed to fit them on. I would highly recommend fantastic customer service.

I acquired my very first bicycle today at Decathlon, and I must say, their staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They allowed me to test several bikes in the store, which turned out to be a valuable experience, as I ended up changing my initial choice after trying them all. I received valuable assistance from Alex, who helped me assemble the bike, making the whole process much smoother.

Great shopping experience, it's located on the ground floor of The Grafton Centre.

I had the most amazing shopping experience, I highly recommend it. I was looking for long time for trailer and a shop that would assemble and mount it quickly. Alex was super helpful and found all the bike equipment I needed in lightning speed. Surprisingly, the mounting was for free. James finished the bike in like 30 min and even adjusted my breaks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable 👍

I've been a regular at the bike section for several months, frequently visiting for a range of needs including purchasing a new bike, conducting safety checks, and resolving various concerns. Each visit, Alex has been incredibly helpful, offering quick service and valuable advice. Kudos to him!

I'm away right now so would usually resolve all the bike mechanical issues in my house - soo big thank you to Tim, the bike mechanic at Decathlon Cambridge, from my wife. She said you rapidly fixed my son's front and back wheel punctures within minutes yesterday, when she turned up despite no booking. It's my son's only form of transport to school so we really appreciate you resolving this soo quickly.

Locked my bike up near the Grafton, went to unlock it and the key had snapped in the lock. I went into Decathlon and asked if they could help me, and they straightaway came out and cut the lock for me, at no cost too. They were so nice and friendly, thank you for your help! :)

Very helpful team in store. We needed to collect an online order and change three items. Eniko and Fedele were brilliant upstairs, really friendly and lovely. Iman was brilliant on the tills too. Knew her stuff and made it nice and easy to sort out the product swap.

Amazing service from George - checked out and found the issue (3 issues!) with my 4 year old emtb. Very friendly and helpful too - highly recommended.

Took my bike in as pedal had fallen off. Was served immediately by David. He replaced both the pedal crank arm bolts and handlebar end cap free of charge. Amazingly generous and efficient service.

This store is located inside the Grafton center, it has a wide range of sport equipment and clothing. We bought a sweater for our daughter in less than 10 pounds and there were a lot of offers at the moment. You can also find bikes in here as well as tennis, racquetball and other sports.

Super friendly and helpful. Went with a loose chain, which Primo Cycles tried to charge me £100 to fix, and Decathlon did it for £4. I couldn’t recommend more!

They have consistently impeccable quality and service.
