Have bought all my second hand bikes here and had all repairs done and the service has always been very quick and efficient. My current bike
has lasted for years so could not ask for more. Highly recommended!

Also has a great range of second hand bikes. The owner really knows his stuff and was able to advise me on a bike I purchased last month which I am very satisfied with. Would highly recommend for students and keen cyclists!

After three years of using bike repair shops in and around Cambridge, I can safely say this is the best I've come across. Not only has my bike always been perfectly functioning after it has been serviced here (more than I can say for other bike shops), but the service is great too - the guy there is very friendly and actually bothers to explain what's going on to me. And all for a reasonable price!

I've been taking my bike here to be repaired for years as he is the best in town: fast, reliable, trustworthy and very reasonable prices. Have bought a couple of second-hand bikes over the years and they have always been good value compared with the ones you can get from the market.

Highly recommend: My bike broke down on the way to work and it looked bad. I called up and the owner told me I could bring it in. He diagnosed and fixed it within half an hour for a great price. Thought I was going to be bikeless for days...

Really helpful, had an issue with rear cassette, so the chap completely rebuilt the unit and was ready after a couple of hours, liked the text notification when finished. Highly recommend this proper old school cycle shop.

The service is really really good, my bicycle was like new after the shop owner helped me fix it!! The charge is OK comparing to other bicycle shops in Cambridge (actually much cheaper than some shops near Lensfield Road).

Very very helpful, was able to fix my puncture + full service (my bike needed a lot of TLC) in 30 minutes, and it was a wonderful ride afterwards! Absolutely worthwhile, will definitely come back again!

I have used this very ameniable chap several times quite often at the drop of a hat with regards punctures on the way to work but also with set times to service my bike or replace my tyres and everytime i have walked away very satisfied with his service. I would highly recommend him.
As for people complaning about not getting their tryres pumped up?! Jeez get a grip mate, either you could have just asked the chap there and then if he could pump the tyres up, which from actually having a working friendship with the guy he wouldve done or just pump the things up yourself, its not a hard thing to do and giving him 2 stars for doing his job properly as you admit is just harsh. As for the second hand bike problems? I tell you what you try hitting a pothole with a brand new bike and taking that back to the shop you just brought it from and asking them to fix it for free, theyd laugh in your face and tell you to look where youre cycling!!! Jeez some people think they are owed the world!
