Our absolute favourite place in Cambridge for coffee and croissants. Their chocolate croissants are absolutely amazing - especially when they are fresh out of the oven. Sometimes we plan a trip to Cambridge because we’re craving the croissants so much. We never visit Cambridge without a trip to Savino’s! Really friendly staff and great service.

Beautiful Italian Coffee Shop, which serves lunch! I had a Luscious panini which was perfect. The homemade amaretti biscuits are to DIE for!!!!

Coming back before catching a bus. Tried the new breakfast special, omelette panino. Lovely freshly cooked omelette, filled with flavorful peppers and chicken pieces, stuffed in piping hot toasted ciabatta. Heavenly heart-warming and filling breakfast.

Very welcoming and efficient service. The blackboard always tempts me with so many combinations… and Brie/cheddar/mozzarella cheese croissant sounds delicious.

Amazing food! Priced highly but worth it. Everything is served piping hot and seems very authentic; the staff are all Italian. Coffee tastes really good and the food (paninis and salads) is delicious. There are both vegetarian and meat options. Presented beautifully. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Tried this place after looking at the reviews... Was surprised to start as it wasn't quite what I was expecting... But we stayed
It's what I would call old school, felt a little nostalgic not too many frills
I ordered coffee and I had an almond croissant... My other half had the special panina, omelette with chicken, peppers etc but had it without the bread
Firstly the coffee was great... I expected that, second it was the best croissant I had ever tasted... Kept warm not heated up in a microwave (I hate that) and the omelette was so good... Freshly made to order... Great little find

In a town full of generic fast food outlets, savinos is a gorgeous independent coffee shop with amazing coffee, lovely fresh made panini and friendly staff.
It's open for long hours and it's always bustling.
Well worth a visit and good to be able to spend your money where it stays in the local economy rather than disappearing into non tax paying corporations.

Locating near the city centre, it is a great for a quick stop. It was bustling with customer even during October 2020, the Coronavirus time, making it not suitable for mobile workers. The shop gave a warm feeling with friendly staffs who went around and asked customers for feedbacks.

The shop uses Illy coffee beans and coffee was dark but not burnt -- a good sign. I would love to try their espresso next time.

The soup I had came with a slice of bread. The soup itself was nice and filling.

Found this fantastic Italian sandwich spot run by a delightful family. The cozy ambiance and mouthwatering sandwiches make it my favorite. Fresh ingredients and homemade goodness in every bite. A local gem for those craving authentic flavors and a personal touch. Highly recommend!

Passing through Cambridge I looked on Google for good coffee and Savinos came up, the food, atmosphere and staff are all awesome. The coffee was great too.

It's right in the center of Cambridge. I got the felafel and it was delicious. You can sit and work and connect to the eudorm!

Grabbed a coffee here, before getting back on the park and ride bus nearby. Excellent place, very busy with a good atmosphere. Coffee very professionally made and the food menu looked excellent. Will definitely come back and try some food when we have more time. Definitely recommend a visit here.

As always I've been to this place for years. Not a regular but whenever in Cambridge and want a good coffee and lunch.
Not cheap but good food made to order.

Favourite place to have lunch at. Their panini are the BEST! Plus they always have a the biggest smile to offer.

Only place to get decent coffee in Cambridge (back 15 years ago anyway...)

Great little place for your morning coffee, seems to be very popular between locals and thats understandable.

Classic Italian cafe. We always go there before going to a movie at Picturehouse over the road. Try their homemade cookies with your coffee and savour the atmosphere with many regular customers coming and going. And there's daily newspapers too.
