The best barber (Ogun) to have ever cut my hair! (Ogun)...Genuinely knows how to cut hair and give a proper wet shave!... This establishment does NOT offer 15 min hair cuts because they need to make X amount as quick as possible to pay for their daily chair rental. Ogun genuinely takes care and pride in every haircut/shave/beard trim he does!

Best barber in town, very friendly and easy going but above all very professional. An experience that you won't find anywhere in Cambridge. Highly suggest it, that's my favourite place now when I want to feel more beautiful and sharp x

I went to Esquires becuase the day before i had a shocker of a haircut from somewhere else, i needed it fixed ASAP. Luckily I decieded to try these guys out and was extermely please with the results. Ogun is a fantastic barber with a wonderful red comb, and endlessly charming and charismatic. Who will take the time to give you his best work and all for £20. A beautiful cut with wholesome vibes. I've found my barber in Cambridge!

Have been going here for some time always coming out feeling happy with the service. Appreciate the really good result and the use of techniques - 5 for the barber who said to refer to him as the ‘new guy’!

Changing from my original review. I have since returned to Esquires when I was informed that the hairdresser I had previously had been fired for giving other people the experience I had previously (Mentioned below). When I returned I had an amazing experience, ended with a great haircut and I'm happy I returned to see a proper experience at Esquires. Great chat with my hairdresser and a very warm and welcoming experience

I don't mind being told that there isn't enough time in a day for a haircut and to come back another day, but to have me come in an hour before closes and to have the hairdresser rush is unacceptable. I was in the chair half an hour before closing and my hairdresser was careless with the scissors and razors making very viscous motions with both these tools. I've come out more surprised my skin wasn't cut during this haircut. I wouldn't recommend coming anywhere near the end of the day as they would rather get more people through the door then give them a good haircut.

I am a woman who prefers not to have a feminine style to my hair and so I usually go to a barber for my haircut. If I go to a hairdresser, no matter what I say I always end up with a softer style that is just not for me, so barbers it is. These guys are local to me, friendly and professional and always do a good job. Never any "off" comments or reluctance to have a woman as a customer. Definitely recommend.

Been going to this barber for 4/5 years now and it hasn't disappointed me to this day. Always friendly, always good trims, nothing to complain about. I see a few negative reviews on here and can't say I've shared any of that experience; so don't let them put you off from this top quality barbers 5*

Very handy location for the station and reasonable price considering location and quality. As with any barbers there is a variation in quality between barbers, as commented by others. I have however always been happy with the result.
