Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, an IHG Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay as the hotel.
The hotel is lovely, the pool's open all day and is a good size.
What really made it special was how nice all the staff are. They seem genuinely friendly and warm. Sara at reception was really welcoming and, I have to say. that made our stay that much better and enjoyable for it. Thank you to all the lovely team.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch and a delicious breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it to others.

We spent a night at the Crowne Plaza and everything was great. We asked the reception staff if they had balloons , as our little girl was turning 5 the next day, and we were gladly offered them. Furthermore, the next day at breakfast, Diana and Gabriela surprised us with a cake and a candle, singing happy birthday to the little girl. Their kindness, professionalism and smile made the day even more special. Thank you for this experience. Maria, the birthday girl, is very grateful to Diana and Gabriela.

We stayed for a night, but is been an amazing stay. We enjoyed all the facilities and the food was wonderful. Also I want to mention that Wiktoria at the reception was very nice and welcome. At the bar Alwyn been very friendly and make sure we have everything we want and need in time. Amazing, we will definitely come again!

Had an amazing one night stay for my birthday last weekend. This is our second time returning to this hotel, just this time with an overnight stay.
Hotel is very clean and beautiful - inside and out. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, comfy bed. Spa and gym use was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We booked a deal via Secret Escapes and have to say it was great value! Our experience was great from start to finish. On arrival we found that there is plenty of free car parking. The reception was welcoming and booking in was straightforward plus everything was clearly explained. The spa area has swimming pool(decent size), jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Towels were also provided. We had a meal deal included with the booking which included three course dinner and full breakfast. The food was excellent and service was great. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is situated close to Windsor which is also a great day out. Overall our experience was great and would highly recommend.

Attend for romantic valentines break. Reception check in very smooth. But Valentine's night was not up to scratch. Why? It appears that staff members were absent due to unknown circumstances. This resulted in delays in the restaurant because everyone else had to work extra hard to try and deliver which was never going to happen. This matter was brought to the attention of person in charge that night who was very apologetic. The next morning we informed a member of staff called Sarah of our experience the previous evening. The rest of our visits to the restaurant turned into the experience we expected.Go along give it a try great sauna and Gym.

I love this place, the front of house staff are amazing and professional. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. My husband and I often stay here just to get away from life and it always provides us with what we need. Thank you.

It's a really nice place, good food and good service. However
I'm the owner of the electric car.
This hotel offers a charging facility. There are about 6 charging points but all of them were taken by petrol cars although there were plenty of free parking spaces.
I asked about help at reception but I have been told there's very little they can do as they don't run the records of incoming cars.
In the end I was unable to charge my car I had to do an extra stop on my way home although the hotel had plenty of chargers.
Very silly!

I brought my wife to the hotel for a surprise anniversary spa getaway and though I had planned a few things, I needed the assistance of the hotel stay, who were only happy to oblige. The room was a good size and so beautiful. The service was very good, with the room made up without us being aware and the fridge always stocked. As for the spa staff they were so patient and will to make it an amazing time for us. We were able to have couple treatments. They were also very attentive. I cannot fault the service, not the facilities; every thing was better than expected and was value for money.

Just came from a lovely relaxing weekend break here. Sarah on the reception was absolutely fantastic and managed an early check-in for us and was consistently helpful throughout our stay she is a real credit to the team there.
Spa and treatments were great, was a little difficult to organise with the spa team, but worth persevering with.
We can’t wait to come back again as is great location with links to local amenities etc.

My other half had her Christmas party at this hotel. The overall experience was amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time, I would definitely use this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing service,staff are very kind and attentive,the food was delicious along with the drinks. In the spa the two ladies gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had and would highly recommend.

I planned and attended an away-weekend at this hotel. We were 11 delegates plus their families (30 in total). The sales and hospitality team prior to arrival were accommodating and flexible, thank you Giuseppe. Check-in for all guests was no more than 15 minutes and again, any changes requested were accommodated - thank you Beata & the reception team. There kitchen staff looked after us, providing a variety of cuisine over the three days. It was a successful weekend for the board so thank you Crown Plaza, Gerrards Cross!

This hotel's look and service was stunning. Particular thank you to Ibraheem who made my friends 25th birthday extra special by extending the checkout time and breakfast all as complimentary. He was such a polite man who had lovely conversation and made the stay even more lovelier. He was very helpful with taking our luggage up and changing our room without any fuss or hesitation. He was brilliant! PLEASE give Ibraheem a pay rise, he deserves it!

Stayed one night for a spa break with dinner & breakfast included.
Check-in and check-out was seamless. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were knowledgeable, helpful & friendly.
The room was spotless and the bed was comfy.
Lots of choice for dinner and breakfast. However it would have been nice to have more hot vegetarian / non-pork options at breakfast.
Car park was free and there were ample spaces.
The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were quite busy, but not overcrowded. There were plenty of lockers in the changing rooms.
Check-out time of 12pm was generous. IHG members may be able to extend further.

Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.

Stayed here before a recent trip to Wembley and the place was great.

Nice gym and pool/ sauna to keep busy and some live entertainment in the bar.

Location slightly awkward to get to, as a non driver, but that was surmounted by a friendly (but pricey!) taxi driver. A five minute taxi trip cost as much as my train ticket to get here. Anyway, I digress.

The Rasul mud spa was lovely, a was the refreshing cold shower that we opted for afterwards! We then made use of the relaxation suite (bliss) and the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, followed by afternoon tea! (This was slightly marred by a leaky roof!)

We have just arrived home from a weekend stay for my partners birthday , on checking in we were welcomed by the hotel manager who asked us if it was a special occasion, I explained it was my partners birthday … they arranged chocolates and frizz in our room … such a lovely touch . Food was amazing … hotel spotless and beautiful spa. Can’t wait to book again thank you for a wonderful time .
