Steve was so helpful and so cheerful, I’m normally bored going into Toolstation with my husband but it was a fun experience! Steve was patient with our returns and able to give us great guidance with our other purchases.

The team here are fantastic and ready to help. The click and collect service is impeccable.

They are always super helpful in this store which is why i stopped going to places like B&Q if i can get the things from here. Every single member of staff has dedicated time to help me solving problems and coming up with the things i need for a solution. Really friendly lovely non lechy staff which really isnt something you can say about alot of places these days.

I visited the store today... Staffs are very friendly and helpful to choose from multiple options... I met Mr. Daniel... Very cool and knows how to handle customer... Lot better than many other stores and would definitely recommend to first check here before going anywhere else

Friendly staff, helpful and cheerful! I often pop-in to collect online orders for my renovation project every now and then, sometimes I do a few mistakes or I want to return an item, and I am always helped by the fantastic staff there.

When I come to collect an item, I walk out with the item in my hand and a smile on my face. Cheers to the staff!

Giving this place 5 stars simply because of my experience with Jess. Arrived early yesterday morning, Mrs wanted the garden bar built. Whats she thinking? Its autumn. Anyway, Jess welcomes me with open arms, like a brother. We get to action (not what you think, I have a mrs), within 15 minutes my garden bar is planned and ready to go. Jess even helps me load everything into the car, 15 trips later, and my back in pieces, I'm ready to go. Not before Jess gives me a firm handshake, looks me dead in the eye and says "go get em tiger". Tears streaming down my face, I salute Jess like she's my comrade in war. Never have I received help like I did today. I will be back one my back is in shape as we have a red room to build.

Great service and friendly attitude to work. Makes such a big difference. There was a guy kicking up a fuss about not wanting the box for some kind of Demolition hammer for no reason and the team handled it brilliantly. People really are strange sometimes. Well done Team. Hope people understand that the computers went down for two days Sunday and Monday early Feb 21 and clearly this would affect stock etc. Anyone unhappy with that and not getting what they ordered need to become 'human' again and have a little courtesy to the team.

Better value than Screwfix and service is really good. Have bought some well priced tools here and so far all working really well.

Although the items were out of stock that I wanted, a guy called Mark, tried every option to find an alternative for me. Brilliant, cheerful attitude and helpfulness!! Very pleasant experience with Mark, definitely recommend him!

I needed a twin set of smoke alarms and found TS to be the most competitive price. I registered my account and ordered online for the click and collect option. Within 5 minutes I was emailed to say my order was in. I went to the Cambridge store and was impressed with the safe and efficient collection system and the friendly staff who are willing to serve us in this lock down time. Thanks.

Came in the other day staff very knowledgeable about products asked for which is nice to find from these commercial diy stores, as well as being friendly will be returning rather than too the other well known establishment that I used to go to

Popped in a few weeks ago for a specific item, which was out of stock, however the staff, and in particular a chap called Mark (fellow Northern bod) were so helpful and knowledgable. 100% recommend!

Went into Toolstation on Saturday.. store really busy, a guy called gary and a lovely lady called Maria helped my partner with some items we had to take back to leeds.. considering how busy it was .. great service.. will certainly use the one nearer to home now! Thank you
