Fantastic sales staff in this branch of Furniture Village. Steve greeted me warmly and was extremely helpful with advice and he clearly has a great depth of product knowledge. Steve was brilliant at putting my order through swiftly and was very friendly and helpful. Such a lovely guy and a great experience at Furniture Village huge thanks.

Helpful sales person and prompt delivery of the three piece suite (purchased in Friday, delivered Monday).

Delivery team also did a good job, arriving on time and manoeuvring the suite to the first floor lounge.

Azzdean was very professional and helpful. He answered all our questions, pointed us in the right direction and was patient beyond expectation. He left us to ponder but was available to help. He is a credit to you company. 10/10 Excellent service.

Impressed! Having gone in purposely for a bed, we were greeted and given time to browse at our own leisure. Peter Jones (Cambridge store) was our salesperson and he was so extremely helpful with great insight on the products we asked about. Unlike other bed/furniture stores, not once did we feel 'pounced on', pressured to buy or rushed. I can certainly say that Peter's demeanor and all around approach was a selling point for me as I hate the feeling of instant pressure/eyes on me when I simply want to browse first and ask questions where needed. I rarely bother doing reviews unless I'm annoyed but on the contrary this particular store/Peter are well worth the review. We will definitely be going back for other items we've already seen and liked. Such a friendly environment and Peter is worth his weight in gold. Thank you!!

Bought a dining table and chairs in the Cambridge store with Lorena Calmasini she helped a lot with our several trips to the store to look around and then finally when we placed there order she was very nice and genuine overall very helpful and gave of a very welcoming vibe compared to other staff - get her a raise !!!

Went in to furniture village looking for a new bed, found the perfect one. Steve's service was brilliant and very helpful. Lots of great items in store to choose from.

Darryl Rose, Cambridge store Cambridge Retail Park was most helpful to us when enquiring about G Plan sofas. He gave us numerous quotes until we decided which we were interested in and what fabric/set up. He gave us a quote then asked his Manager Scott if they could improve.

We were given a final quote which we agreed with extras thrown in for good measure. We took away a care pack.

We were delighted with the service and help and will return. Look forward to receiving our new sofa and chairs G Plan before Easter

Azzdean was extremely helpful in talking us throught the options, sizes, fabrics, prices, and then left us alone so that we could discuss and explore our needs in private. Once we had decided he then took us through the ordering process and fully explained additional items that could be of benefit, without any pressure at all to purchase. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave many helpful hints of how best to look after our purchase when it arrives. It was a pleasure to have visited this store, and we felt very relaxed and well looked after. We are therefore absolutely sure our purchases will fully meet our needs. Many thanks indeed!

We visited the Cambridge store on Saturday to buy a mattress. Steve Wong greeted us as we entered the store and after we had time to browse offered his assistance. We explained what we were looking for, he made suggestions but was not pushy and recommended we take plenty of time to try different mattress choices before making our decision. It was really refreshing to have good customer service, we left the store happy after placing our order - thanks Steve!
