Very friendly and helpful staff, I go to the chemist because I need help not to look at the paintwork

So helpful and friendly. I was very impressed and happy after my visit today.

There is no doubt that this pharmacy hasn't seen an interior decorator in years & it's in desperate need of one too.

While the pharmacy itself looks looks tired & a little depressed, the people who work here aren't & every time I've been here there's always been a smile & friendly quick service.

They even have free wifi but that's besides the point. Parking is a bit of an issue of course - as it often is in small villages - but it's also not impossibly hard to find. They've always had the medication I've needed & a decent range of off-the-shelf meds & goodies.

Just because they don't have competition in the village does not mean they shouldn't spend money on the interior of the store & bring it into the 21st century. As customers, we deserve better and for this reason, I can't give them more than 3 stars

This pharmacy has gone downhill over the last few years. The staff seems to constantly change and this Easter was the last straw. They were closed what seems the entire week prior making it impossible to collect much needed medicines. Looking elsewhere for a new reliable service

Unprofessional, unkind, unhelpful, uncaring.
Ordered a medicated shampoo, when I went to collect the server was very slow, uncaring and unhelpful. Stated they had no record of an order.
Didn't ask if they could recommend an alternative, didn't offer a solution, didn't suggest reordering, didn't apologise. Just stared at me in awkward silence making me feel even more uncomfortable than I already do having the need for a medicated shampoo.
I shall go out of my way to avoid here in the future.

The pharmacist commented that "you don't see many of these in here" referring to my NHS prescription exemption card.

He later lied to me saying my prescription hadn't been signed and that it was illegal.

I took the prescription back to the surgery and it was fine.

It's just prejudice and discrimination

Terrible service. Lady who served me was kind but it took three staff to figure out how to give me a simple prescription, and even then it took around half an hour. Another woman I saw completely ignoring another customers ask for help on several occasions. Also, when I asked a waiting customer for the time, a member of staff rudely snapped at me and said “don’t ask me, I don’t have a watch”. Get your prescriptions elsewhere!

Until recently, this pharmacy provided a perfectly good service. Then suddenly it went downhill VERY badly. They literally have not answered the phone for weeks which makes it impossible for people like me, who don't live in the area, to organise prescriptions for vulnerable relatives who rely on this pharmacy's services. Do you understand you're playing with people's health here, people who work at Well Pharmacy? I have complained to Head Office, but aside from a holding email, I've heard nothing from them. I notice that no-one from Well has bothered to reply to any of the negative reviews here which is indicative of company-wide. Needless to say, I've changed the pharmacy I use and will never be using any Well Pharmacy again.

Used to be great but is terrible now. Rude staff. Waited a month for a prescription which is a repeat item. One minute says it’s manufacturing issues next minute says a new order only takes days to get in. Queues out of the door.
I ve now asked doctors to use a different pharmacy for me.

absolute joke of a company,for two years now frequently closed, qu's down the road outside as many as 30 people for upwards of an hour or two, and final straw saturday just gone weekend daily compulsory medications which if not taken have potentially life threatening consequences were unable to be collected and there was no attempt to contact only piece of paper in window saying SORRY!! this is probably illegal

Warning. Do not have a prescription sent here. Pharmacy does not keep to advertised hours so you might turn up to find that you can get your important medicines.

Long queues, no medicines available, repeat prescriptions are not honoured nor is the delivery service that we rely heavily upon. This is unacceptable and we have to now find another solution for getting regular meds.

They’re letting their clients down big time. Regular Px not being dispensed leaving housebound Client in limbo without medication. Need to get themselves organised. Not good enough!

Truly the worst business I have ever encountered. They can’t run the business. They should close and let someone else do it! People (including me) can’t get their medication. Seriously irresponsible!

Can only agree with recent reviews, this pharmacy has gone completely downhill in the past 6 months. Clearly management don't care and something needs to be done.
