Ordered 3 days ago, received regular emails with full tracking. Delivery was prompt and customer services were excellent; very friendly staff who rang to confirm dispatch and to check if the product was ok. I've recommended to family and will definitely buy from them again. Love the tv unit.

My first purchase but certainly won't be my last. I ordered 2 x tub chairs and stools in January and asked if delivery could be for a Saturday. Received an immediate email from Laura saying this would not be a problem but the items were not available until February. I then received a telephone call saying unfortunately there was a further delay and delivery would be April. I was happy to wait and today my delivery arrived. Fantastic quality and look great in our conservatory. The customer service of this family firm especially Laura is amazing and would highly recommend Furness Furniture to anyone looking to purchase good quality furniture at a great price.

Ordered chest of drawers and bedside tables. Delivered on time, whole process was smooth. However, there were some marks on the furniture. Furness Furniture team liased with the supplier as I had already assembled the furniture and couldn't return. The FF team offered me partial refund which was very kind of them. Extremely professional. Will definitely buy more stuff from them. Highly recommended!

Brilliant Service from furnessfurniture team. The team were exceptional. The courier company lost my chairs twice. But the tea made sure they used an alternate vendor to ensure that it reached me. They were in touch with me all the time through the process. They had to spend money out of pocket but they ensured client was the priority. I ordered the french grey bookshelf ,cabinet, nest of tables and large tv unit. Richard from start to finish was very friendly and accommodating. Delivery was very fast and products were extremely well packaged. Upon wrapping each item I was extremely pleased with each item I received, there were no marks or damages and of high quality.. Recently orderd some furniture. The website clearly showed that the items were on back order which I hadnt seen. Within the hour Laura from the company emailed to check if I knew this. I hadnt I was told I could wait or have a refund and was offerd a very similar product. I chose the similar product. I recieved my choice in 5 days and the product is exceptional quality. I emailed to check if a matching item was in stock as I chose the option to pay by clearpay. Was emailed with list of everything that matches my original purchase. Its brilliant to get amazing service from a company that sells stuff for every budget and ability to get it on an instalment plan. The whole thing doesnt seem like an internet purchase because the customer service is so personal. Great service will use again. Weldone Laura.

Really good customer service the staff I spoke with where very pleasant, I will definitely be shopping with them again I ordered a mirror which due to covid took slightly longer to arrive but I was kept informed, I was very happy with the quality of the mirror.
