Well Pharmacy

We went at the weekend to find medication for scabies and the staff was super helpful, really smooth experience!

Have nothing to say but good things about this lovely pharmacy, really clean and welcoming, the newly added WiFi really helps for those times you are waiting on the Dr to send your prescription.
The staff are so lovely and friendly & the regular Pharmacist is so kind and helpful & makes the most awkward/annoying visit pure bliss.

The one perk on being on my medication is seeing these lovely people every month.

The pharmacist and staff were extremely helpful and kind. Like other reviewers I regret that the Co-Op Pharmacy was shut down, but my experience with the Well staff was very good.

Doesn't stick to its opening hours, which is unfortunate because the staff are friendly and I've not had any other problems.

If it ain't broke don't fix it... Coop was refurbished a year or so ago and it was a real improvement, so why do it again. The simple answer is to put self service counters in the shop and sack the staff. Not good not needed not cooperative.
What used to be a fine shop has become a bigger sell out than the Tesco's next door and that is really saying something.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff, I feel anxious returning there. I remember years go (15ish) the pharmacist knew you by name and was a lovely man always doing things for charity, then it was one pharmacist after another until this unprofessional and rude staff.
Complaining doesn't change anything, the shelves are near enough empty seems like it's on its last legs.

Popped in today to see if they had a COVID test for my son, two staff chatting away in dispensary, (not work related) heads down. Stood at counter In empty shop with only one other customer browsing the empty shelves (are they closing down?) after few minutes said “hello”, received an abrupt “we’re busy”!!
Female staff member then muttered under her breath and approached me, no smile & no greeting. I asked for COVID tests to which I got “we haven’t got any”
I walked away saying sorry to of bothered her and that she had a very rude manner.
Short staffed, empty shelves, rude manner…. Not somewhere I wish to go back to even though it’s my local . I get all my medication from pharmacy 2 U. Very off putting and unfriendly, need new staff who care and empty shelves very off putting. If you don’t like customers dear then don’t work in customer services then! She certainly needs re training. Been rude on other occasions, once over phone during COVID, needed my medication urgently as was working 5am - 3pm and had run out but needed them as was feeling unwell and asked if I could come straight in and collect, was told “join the line like every one else”

Absolutely awful chemist! Regularly closed for no reason - people waiting outside to collect prescriptions.

If the pharmacist is on their lunch break, the rest of the staff should still be able to serve customers - why close the entire pharmacy?!

Pharmacist can’t be bothered to come in half the time. I waddled there this morning to get my prescribed pain killers for my sprained ankle to find it closed. Now I can’t get my medication until Monday so I guess I’ll just suffer until then. Wish I hadn’t bothered aggravating my ankle to get there.

They never pick up the phone. It’s very difficult to collect or transfer your prescription.
