Asda Cambridge Superstore

Today at 545 a male and female staff members put up with rude obnoxious customers on self serve and kept there cool. Both amazing shame customers didn't treat them like they deserve

Good ASDA store. Always has a large range of items. I use the Scan and Go App on my phone to avoid the queues of people waiting at the tills.

We visited the store today and had trouble finding the dried mushrooms. A very helpful lady called Fran took us to where they were. As they were a new line Fran later found us walking around the store to tell us that they weren’t yet on the system so priced them manually. Fran went above and beyond to give us excellent service.

Had an amazing experience at Asda on Monday. I had some troubles with the tills and a young gentleman called Oliver was extremely helpful and friendly despite the business of the store. I asked him about his future plans and he seems like a very ambitious young man and was able to hold the conversation politely while still tending to all the other customers needs. Extremely kind young man. it had been a rough weekend and he made my day!

Great parking for upto 4 hours in the shared car park, decent selection of food and homeware items, the store has a kind of fluid layout, which makes it easier to locate things as you shop.

The staff around the floor are usually pretty helpful if needed, and the regular faces at the self scan are pretty much always cheerful and chatty.

There’s a guy called Oliver and a blonde lass thats only got half her arm are great members of your team

Large well stocked store. Some clothing and other household items.

Nice on entrance, people approachable froendly staff. Security staff nice too.
Store nice and clean, so is the toilets. Well done the cleaners, as these people never get noticed by some people.

Very busy but still staff were helpful and was able to get what I required.

Came in earlier to pick up some bits for dinner and they had everything I needed. The staff were very approachable and helpful and a young man named Oliver helped me with an issue I had and also made for a lovely chat!

I was shopping in store, heavily pregnant, when a staff member called Kevin approached me. He asked about the pregnancy, and informed me that if my waters were to break in Asda, I would get a year's supply of free nappies! He went away, but came back with a gift for the baby, which was really kind. Thank you Kevin.

I was then in the freezer section and another staff member, whose name I didn't catch, pointed me in the direction of all the freezer offers.

Great store with everything you could possibly need from a supermarket plus clothing and other goods. Lots of free parking. Inexpensive pricing.

Excellent customer service received to my sister and I on our visit yesterday. We are in a very stressful time with our declining 96 yr old aunts health. We're not from the area and had travelled up from Somerset. The Young chap on bedding dept called Lewis went above and beyond to find what we were looking for. We bought many items in the end. Thankyou Lewis.

A great selection of products. Food, home, clothes, DIY, fresh food and drink. Deli, hot counter sea food, bakery. Changing rooms , public toilets. Mobility scooter free hire. Click and collect, and a pharmacy all enclosed in this store sadly no cafe or petrol station but I wish there were more asda superstores about the CB24 5 area

Large store with a great selection of different products for kitchen, bathroom, household and garden in general. Prices are affordable but the quality is not always the best, however, this store seems to me a bit more clean and tidy than some other ASDA's that I had a chance to visit so far.
Large parking lot & convenient shopping. I can Recommend.

Great shopping on a budget. They also have a very good worlds section with exciting products from around the globe. Would definitely recommend the Polish chicken sausages for breakfast.

Apart from the hopelessly small carpark shared by too many stores.
This shop was immaculate even this close to Christmas.
