a very good oriental supermarket, got all kinds of goods, Chinese, Japanese Korean and South East Asian good. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

It's probably not a full 5-star, just a small decent food shop for oriental produce: long overdue in the North of Cambridge. It's not a plain 'Chinese supermarket': quite good selection of Korean products, and Japanese. Plus a nice stall for tea (green, fruit, bubble) at the back. Hope it stays in business for some time!
An update after a few years: it seems J&M is going strong. All my Chinese friends know about it, regard it highly, and go there often. The shop has acquired the next door (ex-newsagent) business and will double in size soon.

I love this shop even if the product for me a new and unknown. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I keep promoting this shop to all my friends. It is lovely to finally find hen/chicken for broth.

Super friendly staff. Good variety of the oriental and south-east Asian ingredients. Superb sea food ordering service. Half hour free parking in the front and one hour free parking at the back customer car park.

By far the best Asian supermarket in Cambridge, the staff are super lovely and they often have things like frozen xiao long bao which you just can’t get in other shops. Even better, they have a student discount!

Popped in whilst waiting for the pharmacy next door to open and so glad I did! This is a wonderful asian supermarket. There is a really good selection of products and in particular, I was looking for Japanese ingredients and found many things I never imagined I'd have such easy access to! They also have a small bakery section with sweet and savoury breads/buns that I wasn't expecting them to sell. I think they are sourced from another UK store but they were fresh and delicious. They also make bubble tea though I haven't tried it, I overheard someone else ordering and it was very customisable (I always find that bubble tea is too sweet but I heard that you could choose how much sugar you want added). The staff were kind and very willing to help me find things. There is also student discount which was an added bonus! The store itself is not cramped at all like other asian supermarkets I've been to, it is well-lit and well ventilated which is great during covid times.

Good selection of Oriental foodstuffs, nice and clean. Owner is very friendly and helpful and there is a section that serves a variety of flavours of bubble tea. There is also free parking right outside, which is very convenient.

I have been a regular customer since the opening of the supermarket. You will find a variety of Asian food here, mostly East Asian and Southeast Asian, including fresh vegetables, cooking ingredients, buns and snacks. The prices are quite reasonable. There is also a bubble tea counter. The staff care about hygiene so I enjoy shopping here. Definitely worth a visit.

I'm very glad we have this shop now. Bright and friendly place, very nice people. Great variety of dumplings, dimsums etc. And, of course, bubble tea. We are regulars from the first visit.

I am very happy to see that there is an Asian supermarket here. The space in the supermarket is very wide and comfortable for shopping. There are many surprises in it. There are pearl milk tea, barbecued pork buns, pineapple buns, and various snacks. The products are quite wide, the price is cheap, the most important is the convenience, there is free parking, here must be my regular visitor in the future, 😄

Stellar shop, many peeps already said how friendly the staffs are. It's also just cheaper than every Asian supermarket around. They don't rip you off and charge you for what stuff actually costs.

Really happy an Asian store is open so close to me and managed to find everything i needed plus staff was very helpful. This area definitely needed a store like this, saves the trip to Mill road.
