Vikki was absolutely fantastic, I bought a sofa and Vikki opened the shop up for me on a Sunday so I could collect it. When the sofa didn’t fit through my front door she opened the shop again for me to return and purchase a smaller sofa. The whole experience was amazing and I felt very cared for. Thankyou so much

Excellent place to donate, they have a cage on wheels outside & you just pop your bag of stuff in and that's it. I imagine that if you are a gift aid donor you attach a label with your number to your bag but I need to ask someone about that.
Great place to shop too, all sorts of things for the house, clothes, some furniture, books etc.

Amazing charity furniture shop, bought a really well priced shirt. Easy to drop off donations too as well as they often leave trolleys outside for easy drop off, I believe you need to book for larger donations though. Great selection of furniture and decor, clothes, books, dvds, toys etc. Watch the speed bumps as you drive through the trade estate to get here though, they're nasty ones!

This is a veritable treasure trove of amazing items. The staff are really friendly, and the money raised goes to a truly worthwhile local hospice. They tended to my father in law during his last days, and were amazing.

Visited Arthur Rank Hospice for some information and to purchase some small gifts that can be bought at reception there. This is a lovely place, light and airy. The staff are very welcoming too. There are excellent facilities. A very good restaurant, clinical facilities, and workshops. Professional advice can be given should you need to ask regarding someone who may need end of life care. Nurses and doctors specialise in cancer care here. Accommodation is very modern and there are gardens for patients too. Do not hesitate to ring them should you need advice regarding end of life care or cancer related problems

Friendly, helpful staff, has a very large entrance so place is very open well ventilated. Large selection of various items, from furniture, suitcases, pictures, ornaments, books, toys, clothing etc. Well worth a gander, I always find something!!

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and organised for a wheelchair to 've taken from my house to the hub. The service was free and the van arrived promptly.
