Pets at Home Cambridge

I've been there a few times now staff are amazing. Robin was a big help and gave me plenty of advice for training on bruno and on my second visit he helped me find everything I needed for my mum's dog also. 10/10 service would shop again

Went in today, where I had great service. The young lad serving at 11.45 today could not of been more helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products. Even helped me look at the online store.

All you need for your animals here. Lovely staff, who were very helpful. Go see yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the Cambridge pets at home staff (Warren and others) who helped us to capture our very nervous rescue dog Tilly who slipped her lead in the car park earlier today.

Staff spent a solid half an hour lying next to the car she was hiding underneath and eventually helped us to coax her into a crate.

Tilly is now home safe and recovering from the ordeal thanks to your kindness. I will be forever grateful!

Although a big shop and chain, it’s a good place.

The staff have all been good to date, with today standing out particularly - helped by a chap called Charlie for my (reasonably lengthy!) enquiry about fish, and then again when I went back with my young daughter to purchase what we talked about.

There are a lot of love animals to view, just like a mini zoo. Very nice

They don't have rabbit food only pellets not all rabbits will eat them.

Very convenient place to get everything your pet needs. Our dog's tag went missing and they have a kiosk where you can create an engraved tag for your pet on the spot.

Fantastic! Likely the best experience I've had in a Pets @ Home & this was mostly down to the interaction with Ashley who was there and advised us incredibly well!

He absolutely deserves all the plaudits & if Pets @ Home have a reward scheme they should reward this individual.

Really nice shop now with an in store vet. But where is Valerie? Has she been displaced by this chap?

What a huge store with everything you could need for a pet!

Found this is best place to get cat food. Staff are really helpful also. Can also order online, and if collecting, there is an option of stating "Im here" and they will bring order out to your car. You need to park in the designated spot though, someone had blocked that space so didnt see on first arrival. Just lipread assistant complaining I was not there. App does not state exactly where to collect !! Which is only negative point. Otherwise great job !!! Thanks xx
