I was guided through the sales process from start to finish with courtesy and attention to detail despite the challenges of having to navigate the pressure of getting numerous cars ready for delivery simultaneously by early March and the challenges of ongoing building work making site and showroom access difficult. I cannot praise South Lakes Volvo enough. The moment we were introduced to our salesman Alan we were treated superbly. Between Alan and Andy the whole process of trading in our old XC90 to purchasing our new XC60 was seamless. All our questions were answered professionally and their knowledge of Volvo cars was second to none. That aside, Lloyd South Lakes Volvo were by far the cheapest with the best finance deals within a 50 mile radius along with the best price paid on the trade in of old car.

Just had my Volvo V90 & my wife's Volvo V40 serviced a few weeks ago. My wife's V 40 kept telling her it needed a regular maintenance. Called back today & all messages now OK.

Booked a test drive, Joel rang me an hour or two later to ask when I wanted it, when down the same day and drove it, Joel was very nice and explained every thing plus gave us coffee and cakes. Went with us and directed us to a nice test drive route. Decided to buy it and Joel took us through everything and everything to be done before I got the car. Afterwards he kept me updated by email and calls. Eventually went to pick it up on my birthday and he got me a cake to celebrate and me and my family very welcome with cakes biscuits and coffee. Everything went smoothly and the car was amazing

I came across a lovely XC40 on Auto Trader and within 24 hours of raising the enquiry online I was contacted by Joel. Right from the start Joel was prompt, friendly and kept me informed whilst he worked with the sales manager on my part exchange. When my Volvo developed a sensor issue, I called PV Dobson from Dublin Port on my way to the Lake District , they booked my car in the next day and remedied the problem in less than 45 minutes. It was definitely service with a smile and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

My XC60 developed an air bag fault, the service I received from the team on the service desk was excellent. Unfortunately an expensive repair due to the cost of the part, but overall I was totally satisfied with the service I received. Quote received before work commenced matched the invoice and I was provided with a brand new courtesy car. Would recommend PV Dobson.

Excellent service. Charged for initial diagnostics and temporary fix. Made appointment for further diagnostics, test faulty part and repair/replace. Repair was not viable because of cost. They were very informative and also advised on further issues with the vehicle. Good courtesy car and they even valeted the car. And they didn't charge.
