Willow Springs Pet & Play Centre

What a lovely fun and friendly place. I took my grandchildren today we looked at the pets. We played mini golf and went on the go karts. And once we had tired ourselves out we sat and had scrummy cake in the book corner. Fantastic day to take the family for a couple of hours of laughter XXX

Fantastic place! The cafe serves a great range of food and drinks and caters for vegans and veggies, gluten free, decaf and a range of different milks available. Good prices and really nicely cooked. Free soft play adjacent to the cafe is great for little ones. Dog friendly section which is kept away from the children's area. Plenty of gifts to browse. Lots of animals to look at. Clean housing and the animals look happier after the revamp. Go karts and adventure golf and lots more to come by the looks of things. Excited to see what else is in store!

September 2020 - wonderful afternoon out. Clear to see how hard the staff have worked to keep everything clean and safe for everyone. We had a great time in the sand pit. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The vegan breakfasts were the best we've had too! So nice to have so many options on the menu. Thank you!

My family and I spent a lovely day here where my grandchildren had lots of fun looking at the fantastic animals. There's a great play area with mini golf and a track with go carts. We then went out doors on the new decking and had a lovely lunch with some of the exceptional cake to finish the day off. I highly recommend this for anyone with a young family to visit and enjoy.

We had a wonderful night at the tribute night on the 15th February. The food served looked delicious, so my advice if you are going to one of the tribute events treat yourself to food there, have a few drinks and listen to the great music played. The singer came on later and everyone looked like they enjoyed it. The lights created a holiday feel atmosphere I thought. Staff all friendly and worked hard. Nice to have somewhere like this in Chesterfield. Well done everyone 🙂

5 stars from me! Their new Teepees takeaway venture is incredible. The best chicken wings I’ve ever tasted and also come in numerous different flavours which is great! Delivery was fast and the food was lovely and hot on arrival! Will definitely be ordering again.

I think this is the older google page but I've seen they have a newer one but, it used to be Brooks, but now it's called Willow Springs Pet Centre. They've downsized their garden area but they are advertising that they will be putting in a kid's play centre which sounds like a good idea to diversify the place. Pet areas are still great, with happy looking animals and clean enclosures. Fish department is currently undergoing another move around which sounds promising, but I've never had a problem with any of my fish from there. Still plenty of products and knowledgeable staff in all areas, especially in Pet department.

Great for kids of all ages, cafe staff are lovely and helpful, cakes and hot food is delicious.
Nice way to spend a few hours with the kids .
I also asked for help n advice about my elderly dog and the staff were very helpful therefore helping me buy the product I needed.

We love popping down to Willow Springs to say hi to Milo and Coco the Makaws. The kids love the little arcade, soft play and all the animals.
Great for gluten free, always love getting cake with my cuppa, and the kids being happy too. The chips are also gluten free as cooked in separate fryer, so thats refreshing. Love it here!!

Visited with my 2 year old son for the first time today and he had a great time seeing all the animals on show; snakes, rabbits, lizards, parrots, gerbils, and so many fish! We purchased some additional fish and the service was very prompt and helpful, the staff member was extremely knowledgable and made the experience even better. Will definitely now see this as my first stop for any further pet purchases, but maybe not the large Boa Constrictor on offer!

Went to the cafe today with my daughter and met up with a friend, very orderly and clean with the restrictions, very friendly staff, lovely treat for my dog, he certainly enjoyed it, the young lady on the fish department was very helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable.. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Lots of work has been done recently. It now has a large outdoor decking area with tables and umbrellas. A new outside area for children with a beach and toys £2.50 for as long as you want. Also a bar and evening entertainers.

Not sure why this place has such poor reviews. We just spent a happy couple of hrs with the grandkids. The animals and fish all looked healthy and well fed . Cages and tanks all very clean. Lovely food from friendly and helpful staff. All Covid precautions taken. Boys loved the soft play and arcade games. Nothing to dislike or complain about. Thankyou ..... we will be back 😀

gosh this place has changed so much since our last visit always so much to see the cafe is good great to stop here for a lunch. love to see the parrots and they do stock some very unusual pets

Love this place. All staff very polite and helpful. Also just found out they are now going to be selling fishing tackle, bait and loads loads more.

Bought the pre formed pond a few weeks ago went back for the fish today.
Enjoyed lookin at all the exotic animals they have.Friendly staff

Easy favourite. Very helpful staff. Clean and caring habitats for the animals. Would be great with some more indoor plants.

Not much dairy free selection in the cafe. Lovely small soft play area for U2s.
