Pets at Home Chesterfield

My dog loves this store. The staff are all incredible and love saying hello to him - it's lovely being so warmly welcomed every time we visit!

Always really nice and helpful staff. Their self service groom room is really easy to use and only £5 and everything is included (shampoo, towel etc)

Just been to the store and as much as I have never been a fan of large chain pet stores. They had everything I needed for a new pup at a reasonable price, many items had 30% off. However the staff member at the checkout was really friendly engaging and helpful. So I really could not have asked for more.

Friendly staff .made fuss of my dog who begin a doberman doesnt normally happen even though she is the friendliest wee thing

Great range & reasonable prices with friendly staff. Worth having the VIP pets membership as the vouchers are helpful.

The kids love going too as it has a handful of cute furry pets in the middle as well as selection of fish to the side.

Took my little teddy to have an operation i was a little worried but the staff were so wonderful from the front desk to the vets and their assistants. Would not go anywhere else with my fur babies. Thank you all xx

P.s Tell the manager to smile more I feel so unwelcome being stared at without a smile or ''hello''... I'm not even trying to get anyone in trouble but i'm not spending £100+ to be looked at like I am just in the way lol.. anyway fish are great ^_^ cya

Brilliant for planning, getting information and purchasing pets and all things to do with them. You can ask any of the staff anything. I went to price up a rabbit with everything I needed and had a few of my questions answered and I know it is right for me and my family, I'm buying it all very soon. The shops navigation is really easy because it is set out in sections depending on what you need and for what pet. It's also child friendly because your little ones can see the many pets there on show, it's brilliant how they have a vets there aswel

The staff here make your shopping experience special. I've worked in retail for 34 years and sometimes it's hard to stay upbeat but all the colleagues in this store make you feel special as a customer

got my little fur babies at Pets at Home and the woman who helped me explained how to care for them and was really helpful with choosing the hamsters

Really pleasant and lovely staff, especially the man with the American accent ( sorry I didn't get your name)! Whenever he's in he always goes the extra mile and genuinely wants to help. He mentioned how useful it was to download the app ( which I did there and then). Thank you, staff like you are like gold dust.
