I'd give Zero stars if could. Ordered lots of items online, paid for them. More than 24 hours later they refunded the items stating they don't have them in stock!

Ordered brass screw cups from this company as they are listed as solid brass. When I received them they are electro plated brass not solid, which isn't what I wanted. Email sent to customer services, sadly this company either don't have a customer services department or don't care as I have received nothing back. Cannot recommend them sadly due to this, another poor online retailer it seems, best avoided, will not be using again.

Ordered nails six days ago and still waiting for delivery. Told they will be delivered tomorrow which will be 7 days after ordering. Very poor service, blamed the ships from China being delayed? This should have been made clear at point of ordering!

Purchased 2 gate hooks in November but one broke soon after fitting. The metal was rusty at the break so was faulty to start with. Wrote an email to them but never had a reply. Bad customer service.
