Broadoak Stores, Best-one

Broad oak store ,l believe is the best small store we have ever used.Rupan is always well stocked with fruit veg biscuits, coffee all types wine beers spirits, and practically every thing you could possibly want. I could go on singing their praises . Well done Rupan and your wife. We will keep visiting.

Very handy village store

Got everything I wanted polite service

Friendly local store which has a good range of essentials. Parking is an issue though as passing customers seem to think it's OK to park on the footpath in front of the store, which is on a very busy junction, fporcing pedestrians to walk in the road to get pass, and then they reverse into the junction or the busy A28 which on blind hill, rather than pulling into the layby opposite on Chitcombe Road and walking the short distance to the shop.

Good selection of products, moderately priced. Good place to get all the essentials.

OK for local community. Convince for basic needed iteams.

Nice shop, with DPD drop off and collection. However, I have downgraded the score owing to the person on duty giving his unsolicited opinions about Covid, then coming out from behind the counter maskless, and continuing to spout conspiracy theories!

Popped in for some lunch bits. Won't be back. The man serving me was to busy on the phone to acknowledge he had a customer. When he put them through the till he just thrust his hand toward me for payment. Not one word spoken throughout the whole transaction.

Feeling very sorry for the lady so shaken by the aggression and rudeness suffered in this shop.
