Hutchings Hyundai - Bridgend

One of the few Genuinely good dealers that are about these days! We’ve bought a wide range of cars from Range Rovers and BMW’s, to Skoda’s and Seats, and the team at Hutchings Bridgend are far better than most! And while I would love to say it was a brand thing, it certainly isn’t as my local Hyundai branch are just terrible.

Matthew was great the whole way through my sale, from calling me promptly after placing a Reservation online, he was super helpful, then getting me in the car and test driving it too, the whole time I felt like I was trusted. A lot of dealers make you feel like you’re a time waster or not genuine when looking at rarer performance cars, however i had none of that here. Matthew has kept me informed the whole time, and was patient and never pushy which was a pleasant change to the industry today.

While their part-ex offer was under what a popular online selling platform was offering, the offer was still good, and I chose to go with their offer for the ease of dropping my car off and getting my new one without having to make any driving arrangements or anything like that.

I look forward to further purchases with Hutchings, and would definitely consider driving the hours drive to get my servicing and any work required done here, based on the service I’ve received.

From start to finish the process of choosing and buying a car was easy and straightforward. Matt was excellent during the car purchase and helped with all relevant details (road tax/MOT) and provided a very person-centre service, delivering the car to my home. I would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, Chris was helpful and made the process as simple as possible answered all the questions with ease, helped choose a disability car which only took 3 weeks to arrive so all information provided was accurate, the optional extras, heated steering wheel, wireless charger, heated seats, automatic lights, etc all nil advance with the beyond and selection of colours to suit all really happy with whole experience and purchase would highly recommend

Excellent service from Paul at Hutchings. Bought our second car from this trustworthy dealer. Extremely knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. Not at all pushy but there to answer any questions. Was happy to let us test drive the car. Returned a few days later to pick up our car. I'm so happy with the service from the dealer and with our car. Very helpful, friendly staff with good knowledge of their products. Good selection of high quality vehicles to test drive. A little bit cramped for visitors parking due to untidy and hap hazard parking by police service centre next door. Paul was particularly helpful and easy to deal with on our new car purchase.

I have just bought my first Hyundai, a brand I have long been considering, from Hutchings in Bridgend, where the service I received from Paul Dare was first class. Firstly, he quickly grasped what I need from a car and identified one that fitted perfectly with those requirements and my budget. My choice involved a leap into the era of pure electric and, naturally, I had many questions and reservations. Paul listened and responded to these in a practical, friendly and responsive way. There was absolutely no pressure.
I am also pleased to find in Hutchings a dealership for quality cars near to the town centre - such a change from the many other main dealers located in remote and difficult to get-to places - this is so important when it comes to servicing.
