Cycled a long way in the dark to drop off a Yodel/Collect+ package. They said to come back some other day or go somewhere else because they didn't have room for it. It was a small box and I could see they had plenty of room behind the counter. Will not be going back :(

Very expensive local shop for the local community. Not sure what there overheads are but seem over the top. Last resort more for convenience than anything else

I have used this location for my parcels for past two years and always pick up sweets for my son. The staff have always been so polite but today I went to collect a parcel on Monday that Yodel said was delivered on Saturday and there is a new staff member who was shockingly rude and dismissive. I had not received a pick up barcode, despite it being delivered on Saturday. 5 minutes after leaving I received the code. Clearly this rude man had not done his job and registered the deliveries. I had a completely wasted journey and he was the most unhelpful rude man I’ve ever encountered. I won’t be using this location again.

Only collect DHL parcels during the week now! Not mentioned on DHL website.
