I can't recommend these guys enough, ordered and completed within a month. Brilliant service from start to finish with really friendly staff. They measured to ensure that it fitted in my existing space so no plastering or decorating was needed. Thank you.

Brilliant service from start to completion. Surveyed the area first, advised on suitable stove for the room. They did all the work needed including taking old fire away. The whole job was done in a quiet and friendly manner and we would wholeheartedly recommend.

Poor experience years ago, paid in front for materials, they came several times and had to abort the job then finally got the fireplace in. Then decided that I’d asked for a bookcase on one side not both sides. Had a row after several promised start dates that weren’t kept. I ended up with a small refund (less than it should have been) and i had to discard of the old fireplace they took out. Nice guys but don’t use them as they’re just not organised and the customer ends up paying.

£4,500 and i cant even face the silicone job outside looks like my dog has had a go at it.
Once the money is transferred they don't want to know.
So now I’m over a year since install not even wasting my time. Stay clear.

Heat Surround for flue has literally fell off the wall, had a look and no proper fixings used just put screws through paper of whats left of the plasterboard, so put plugs in it myself and secured it with whats left of the wall they’ve butchered as they rushed it (payed for 2 days of labour was done in 1)
Tiles are loose, no surround on tiles so can see all the mesh behind. Log burner not even sat straight on the log stand. Bargain at £4,500 👍🏼

I had my fire done last year and was so pleased with the work. So this year, I recommended the company to my parents. My parents messaged and was given a quote over Facebook. They were happy with the quote and they booked a date to have it installed. My dad had to chase a few times and had to ask for the invoice, which he was told would be sent the week before the install, it never came!
On the day, no body turned up. Its very disappointing as they'd been waiting for weeks for this. When I left a comment on their Facebook page, it was deleted and ignored. Very annoying. I will not be recommending again.

Wouldn’t even give them a star if I had to I’ve had the fire fitted a few years now but the other side was all cracked I gave them another chance to fix it and they wasn’t bothered out a review on the Facebook page they blocked me tried ringing the shop blocked me again so I messaged Charlie on Facebook and no reply after I sent him the photos wouldn’t trust this company to run a bath AVOID !!
