Since buying our home 7 years ago we have always gone to Flooring Giants for our floors. Always receive excellent service.

Ethan has been particularly helpful over the past few months helping us with new flooring for our Kitchen and dining room. Would highly recommend them!

Was looking for cut off for carpet that was damaged by one of the dogs at home. Popped to another retailer and they wanted in excess of £70 we declined and popped too this store , explained our dilemma to the sales person and he was more than happy to help 😊. Found what we needed and only for £20 .... Bargain !! Great value , friendly staff well worth a look at if you need any carpet or flooring !

We are so thrilled to be getting our carpets and laminate from Floor Giants Swansea. We’ve had such great care and advice from the sales person who is always happy to answer all our questions and explain things to us. He’s an asset to your company. (I think he’s called Callum). It wasn’t easy to give him accurate information due to our new house being a new build (lots of unknowns) but he was fab at accommodating us! Brilliant!

We’ve been shopping around for a laminate flooring for quite a while, we called in at Floor Giants Swansea, just hoping that they could possibly have a laminate flooring that would suit our living room and our pockets , and optimistically fitted before Christmas. The staff Callum and Phil were so informative, and they had a solution for every issue we had about fitting flooring around our newly installed wood burning stove and hearth. We called in on the Saturday, it was measured on the Tuesday and fitted by the Friday, we were absolutely delighted, the floor fitters John and Ryan were excellent, they were so efficient and our large living room was left looking stunning, the workmanship was excellent and they cleaned and left our house looking beautiful, we were absolutely thrilled,. Well done Floor Giants Swansea!

Excellent quality oak floor oiled, looks great, highly recommend Floor Giants, really good service from ordering right through to delivery and all turned around during this pandemic.
