Argos East Ham

The manager personally came to assist me. She knew my cycling journey home would be an hour long and seeing how the paper bags I brought broke, she offered me plastics bags and personally packed it for me to make sure my journey home would be a smooth one. She definitely went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Went in store yesterday to get a Hoover staff absolutely great but had to return to day to exchange hoover as piece was missing and changed for another one . Yet again staff were Brilliant went above and beyond for me and other customers . I made Karen laugh which made me laugh Staff are lovely been going Argos for over 20 years will continue to use this store again.

Im not one to write reviews alot but i was served by Anika, her customer service was excellent! Im so glad i was called over to her counter to pay for my products. Super kind she was! Great asset to the company

Mahima and Peri offered a helpful service with Peri coming up with a solution to carry my boxes without difficulty they hadn't any ropes left and boxes were too large for carrier bags.

The manager offers genuine customer service - he was above and beyond, offering to help when he noticed the item I was struggling to put the purchased item in my bag as it folded.

Fast service, however depends on quality of the staff serving or milling around.

This store doesn't let the chain down in any way. Always great customer service wether you're buying or returning. Don't think about parking as it's difficult just like anywhere in the East Ham area. Reserve and collect, fast track etc its a privilege to have that service. Always clean and tidy.

I like this Argos. They always have quick ready to collect collections. I order an item and it will be ready with a text, within ten minutes sometimes. Plus it is always ready within the hour target time they advise on their website. I have been here many times and I am yet to be disappointed by their product quality, handling and customer service which I think is very efficient and no nonsense. I really do think Argos on a whole are very underrated.

The only I’d like to add and this is nothing to do with the branch is they should of stayed as an independent company and not merge with Sainsbury’s as now I think Argos are at a standstill with a company who know nothing about non food retail.

I reserved my items and although it was very busy, i got served quickly. Great staff and experience. This is my local Argos store and they have never let me down. Even when things are out of stock, they do their best to get them ordered.

Kudos to the guy actually successfully maintaining social distancing amongst THE PUBLIC in an challenging area where in most shops the staff have a mask on their chin if wearing at all and it's a free for all. Consistently maintaining "space" is a challenge. Thank and well done chuck.

If you want to pick something up quick I recommend you reserve online before hand to get your product asap. Customer Service is a 10/10. Prices are sometimes questionable. Modern/contempary/minimalist is how I would describe the interior.

Rarely write reviews but the service given to me by Hailey was second to none within a few mins pulled up my old warranty! Made my visit to the store a pleasant one! I’d be visiting again!

Bought a few things from Argos, the customer assistants were really helpful and kept me notified on the changes that were happening to my order. There are iPad's inside that you use to navigate around the Argos catalogue to reserve items. Quick, easy and helpful!

Was in the area for work, and we needed a few extra tools argos had them it was quick to order and collect, I like speed, and easy to pay and collect.

Very good customer service the little girl nasima helped me along the way from helping me select the correct item ordering it and collecting it also help me place it in my car top service really impressed with argos, doing well if ur seeing this Mr manager the girl deserves a promotion
