Contains everything from the trendiest colognes to the newest pair of aviators!

Not a lot of Dior products apart from some stands.

Floors filled to the brim with clothes, food and funky gifts!

Small uk brands do have booths showcasing their luxury goods.

A great experience. Very relaxed and nicely lit. I was not feeling too good but it really lifted my spirits. The staff were very helpful and it felt high class in comparison to other eateries. I had a scone with jam and I was offered jam and cream but could not have this due to dietary issues. I noticed they helped a lady to her table as she was carrying bags and had a young child. Lovely staff.

We had a nursery appointment here with Jessica and she was incredible! She took time to get to know us, and what we were looking for. Jessica knew all the products inside out, pushchairs, car seats, baby monitors, breast pumps, everything. She made our whole experience very enjoyable and helpful, I would definitely recommend her to anyone preparing for a new arrival

I recently visited the Peter Jones store in Chelsea to purchase a chair that was on sale. Unfortunately, the staff, including the floor manager, were not very helpful. They had only one chair left and refused to hold it for me while I checked another John Lewis store for more options.

However, when I contacted customer service, they were incredibly helpful. They found two chairs available at the John Lewis store in Stratford, a location I had never visited before. The customer service at Stratford was infinitely more helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mohamed, who was exceptionally kind and provided amazing customer service.

Congratulations to John Lewis Stratford! Although it's far from my house, it was definitely worth the visit. :)

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Donna at the Maison Francis perfume counter in John Lewis in stratford, Westfield. Donna's extensive knowledge of perfumes was impressive, and she took the time to guide me through the selection process, ensuring I made the right choice. Her expertise and attention to detail were remarkable. Additionally, Donna's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. I am grateful for her outstanding service and would like to extend my sincere thanks to her. Donna is truly an asset to the team at John Lewis. Thank you Donna!

I had to make some returns. The fastest way is to return items to the store, with tags still in place. So that option was preferred.
Staff or rather Partners are very helpful and happy to assist. The whole process took less than 6 minutes for 5 items.
Doing in store returns gives you a chance to see other items both new and in the Sale.

The staff at John Lewis Westfield Stratford are always very pleasant and helpful.
This branch as well John Lewis shepherd's bush tends to be our go to place for larger items as well as other types of shopping such as clothes and homeware. The choice is excellent.
The restaurant is brilliant when needing to take a rest from shopping etc. The vibe inside the restaurant is cool and the views of London are great.

This is one of the best shops at Westfield but is also expensive for clothes. Excellent electronic consumer products with wide range of different brands. They've dropped their price guarantee but still have well laid out store. Noticed they've got a reduced section which has got some refurbished items

Bought a TV from the store. They had good stock and the staff were friendly and handled the TV with very good care. Arcangelo was super friendly, full of advice and provided lots of helpful information. He did a good job explaining all the add ons and extras some of which we ended up opting for. Would recommend seeking him out if you’re in search of a TV or even if you already know what you want. Will be sure to come back to John Lewis again if in need of any appliances

The optician section is deluxe and highly recommend! The staff there were very accommodating, nice m, honest and gave sound advice! Thank you both Riz and Sophie for making the journey and experience sensational! They should be made managers!

John Lewis is gearing up for the Christmas period. The store has been well planned and the designers have done a good job. Prices are at the higher end compared with other stores but quality is very good. Always enjoy walking through the store and looking around.

Always a great experience. Whilst the item we wanted wasn't in stock they had lots of other good deals available. Staff are always friendly and service is top.

I love John Lewis ànd go here regularly, either to shop or browse the new stuff coming in. the customer assistants are always polite and the perks are really good. It also helps if you have a gift card to spend. I like the upstairs cafe, it's peaceful, quiet and you can eat undisturbed with no hurry. I recently bought 2 new pairs of jlab go air pop headphones for £19.99. They're rather good, and with 32+ hours playtime and with funky shades of lilac and teal blue colours, they'll more than help on my travels. Happy days. Love the any day bedding range. I find they're well made and within my budget.

When I'm in Westfield Stratford I always go here, it's not crowded and you can browse in peace. Yesterday I went to the Estee Lauder counter to purchase a perfume. Milfa served me. She was great. Polite, attentive, helpful. She advised me and was so generous with samples. She also gave me small containers with my favourite perfume, as unfortunately, was discontinued. Excellent service. Thank you, Milfa!😊

Teiko and Paul were amazing. I am very skinny so it is always hard for me to find suitable clothes in terms of size. Paul was extremely helpful, he guided me throughout the whole process and showed me different models. Teiko was really helpful as well! I would def come back

Hi I went to buy some soney head phones and the sales man at the counter was verry polite, and helpful in informing me of the protection plan along with sighing up for the app, I believe his name was Arcangilo or somthing like that as I didnt right it down he was on the desk by the head phones on the Wednesday around 5pm I believe. He was extremely nice and I just wanted to show my gratitude.

I went shopping for a new scent at the John Lewis Stratford and recieved amazing service from a lovely worker called Caleb. They were so sweet and knew exactly what I needed. Thanks to Caleb both me and my friend left with full bags and massive grins. Thanks again darling xxx

Today I went into the perfume section in John lewis @ westfield stratford. As im someone whose very imto perfumes, I know my brands and I can say I'm somewhat pompous when it comes to sales reps trying to persuade me to buy certain perfumes. I always know what I'm getting and I don't do any impulsive purchases. I like to spray the perfume on my skin let it cool down maybe even go home to see the longevity and that's how I roll. HOWEVER,, all this changed when I was met by the wonderful NERMINE, her knowledge us next to none. Incredibly professional and knows what she's selling. When I tell you I was awed by her ability to convince me to buy a perfume that I wasn't even coming in to buy, I was shocked. I walked off, then couldn't help but come back and buy it. The service is incredible and the knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back to the Maison Francais stand again and again to buy many more perfumes. With someone like Nermine I know very well that I'm getting simply the best! Thank you 😊

I needed help in finding a specific dish drainer I'd seen online. I approached Umi who was polite and came across as genuinely wanting to help. Her mannerism and customer service really echoed what good customer service should be. She was relatable and recommended a brand that may do the matching cutlery holder, as unfortunately the drainer does not come with one. I was served by another staff member at the till who was also warm and very polite. John Lewis has it right with their customer service. I wish other companies would follow their lead.
