Managed to find a parking space easily and not too far from the entrance. So far so good. I was a little disappointed that Burger King wasn't open when I went during the day, which was why I stopped, but apparently it is having a re-furb. However, there are a reasonable selection of other alternatives, so I didn't go hungry!
Place was clean and well spread out so eating alone wasn't uncomfortable.
I'd eat there again. A good quality place to stop

Very welcome stop off on the way home. However burger king extortionate prices will never go again. But the other places are lovely and the toilets clean

Good stopover for tired drivers. I love their effort in bringing our young generation back to reading by having a table with a range of books to take and donate some money.
The place itself is pretty clean and organised with ample sitting spots to enjoy a quick bite.

Stopped here after picking up our friend’s on a run to Luton Airport for break. Excellent parking facilities with lots of disabled spaces, they are just installing electric charging stations also. Inside the toilet’s are clean and fresh, which is always a good point, plenty on offer for food ie Burger 🍔 king, KFC 🍗, The Good Breakfast 🍳, Subway 🥖, Starbucks coffee ☕, A Little Waitrose where they have a Krispy Kreme 🍩, W H Smith’s & a Gamezone for the children too chill out. Staff are friendly and welcoming and only to happy to help, tables were continually being cleaned so your assured of getting a table that’s not got food all over the place. 5 star ⭐ rating for this service station. 🙏🏻

Clean and tidy with plenty of EV charging point although they were all busy when first turned up.
Great Burger King 😋

Very spacious and airy. Nice design inside with a few shops. Clean, although the plugs were hard to find (under the side seats). A quick walk onto some nice paths into the countryside.

Stop here on a regular basis throughout my working week. Venue is always clean and tidy. Can get food 24/7.
Numerous food venues at the location. And fuel garage nearby for refuelling.

A superior motorway services at the A1M/M25 junction with an exceptionally good dog walking area.

Clean and not too busy on a weekday lunchtime in August with plenty of unallocated seating inside and out. Dogs not allowed inside but the outside area for smokers is sheltered from the rain and sun. There's also a large, airless patio in full sun.
At the back is a super dog friendly area with a walk along the Brook in the greenery.
Getting in and out of the car park was no problem, pedestrian access for people with limited mobility but no blue badge is not brilliant, but acceptable.

Clean, smart and modern. All the high street food vendors you want to see. Walking through the entrance there was no smell from the toilets, which traditionally is how we find the loos in British service stations. Keep walking and you'll discover there's no smell in the toilets too! And the hand dryers are not moldy. Is this the UK? Confused but happy with my pee stop.

On our short vacation, we stopped to eat here. Everything is superlative. The one who served us was a beautiful Romanian, Mihaela, we thank her for the recommendation. We will definitely be back!

Another great service station by Welcome Break.
Lots of options to get food and drink from but a few of them do not stay open too late on a midweek evening which is a shame.
Options available:
Waitrose, WH Smith, Pret a Manger, Subway, the good breakfast, Burger King, KFC, Starbucks coffee and pizza express!
There is plenty of space to sit down.
Toilets are kept clean and tiday.

Stopped for something to eat and drink. Went in to Pret and wasn’t disappointed. Service fast, professional, and a smile from all the staff. Food and drink for us ‘Top Drawer’. Although busy the seating area were kept clean.
Well done Pret

As we have a full electrical car it's very difficult to find service that have any descent charging point let alone fast charge. We were very disappointed with the Warford gap service as they only had 3 fast charging point and only 2 were working for such a big well know service it was very poor, however this services has at least 6 from what I saw and at least a dozen for Tesla

A great place to take a break on the road, this place has a wide variety of food and drink locals. for all tastes, a small casino, the toilets are very clean. Free parking for two hours. very close to find a petrol station to refuel.

Very impressed with the variety of cafes and restaurants, there’s something for everyone. Toilet facilities in good order, the restaurants were all clean and tidy. This is one of the best service stops I have been to in a while! Very good standards and worth a pit stop!

Toilets were spotless at 7pm when we went in today. Staff were on the ball and quick to clear any spillages or tables.

Pleasantly surprised by this services. They are hell to get to, via a crazy roundabout on which no one seemed to keep to their lane, but I was desperate for the loo, so no one was stopping me!
It was well worth the hassle. The loos are immaculate and very modern - love the hand dryers. There are lots of choices for food, so I had a cheeky KFC which was served very quickly and with a smile, despite the fact that it was pretty busy.
Overall, this was an excellent motorway services experience -- modern and efficient, which was exactly what I needed.

Great hours. Though service stations are!

Good that they have a Pret.

They used to have Tossed , sadly not anymore. That was a gift. Tossed was the healthiest place to eat, one of the healthiest places in London/Greater London/Herts. Tossed has amazing healthy generous salads. Very sadly Tossed there is no more. But that was very special when it was there.

They also have an MnS food
