Sarah's services were recommended by a colleague, and I quickly understood why. Despite her busy schedule, Sarah generously spent over an hour in a face-to-face discussion with me, followed by several insightful phone conversations.

During our interactions, Sarah provided invaluable guidance by assessing whether we needed to file our tax return, offering clarity and reassurance regarding our financial obligations. While she didn't review our accounts, her expertise in navigating tax requirements was evident and greatly appreciated.

I was introduced by my friend to Sarah two years ago after 9 months of dreadful experience with my previous accountant. Since then, I was in safe hand, always able to get advices and help in time as a newbie business owner. Tailored Accountancy have been life-changing...

Having zero accounting background, having spent my whole life in Commercial Sales and Marketing roles, I needed an accounting firm that could not only take care of all of my accounting needs but also help me learn and grow personally.

Tailored Accountancy have seen me through my entire journey from when I started out as a little local start-up business with my own invention and creation to when it sold just last year to one of UK's top businessmen and Dragons.

Sarah and the team have been amazing every step of the way, throughout our 5 years of working together. It hasn't been a straight forward easy account due to the nature of the product, but it NEVER felt stressful or too much for me to handle. They really were like an extension of my team, always there, willing and able to help guide and support me and the business, with cost and time-efficient solutions.

Whilst my journey with my initial start-up has come to an end, my relationship with Tailored Accountancy most definitely hasn't. I am just discussing with them now how they can support me into my next venture and chapter. THEY REALLY DO COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I haven't been asked to do this post, I have chosen to do it, as for me, small businesses specialist or otherwise, need intricate, sometimes very personal as well as professional support, and Tailored Accountancy offer exactly that. They certainly found a way to 'tailor' everything for me.

This review has been very long overdue, I write it now because there is so much I want to say thank you for whilst also knowing there is a huge future with this accountancy that I also look forward to.

I was recommended to Hayley by a business that I was consulting for at the time, knowing just about nothing from a practical commercial standpoint. Hayley and her colleagues took me under their wing, answered a truly horrifying number of questions from me and have really helped me to develop. Not only in my business ventures but also in how I about conduct myself in a business light.

The practical knowledge, the personal touch, the endless patience and the attention to detail are just some reasons why this accountancy, and Hayley more specifically, has a client/raving-fan for as long as they can put up with me.
