Absolutely Fantastic! We popped in on the recommendation of a friend. David and the team were extremely welcoming and helpful without being overly pushy.

After a couple of visits and changing ours minds several times, we settled on 2 new bikes. All accessories were fitted at PDI and one bike was services before delivery. We even benefitted from Forces/Blue Light discounts.

Both bikes were delivered at a time that suited us and the hand over was exceptional.

2 very happy new customers, that will definitely return. Highly recommended!

I took ownership of a brand new MT09SP from this dealership on
the 25/10/2022. I had chosen this dealership over my local one
because of their professional advice and help. I had extras put onto
my new bike with them knocking a considerable price off the parts
of my goodies where as my local one would not. I would definitely recommend this Bike shop for all levels of riders
and the shop is well stocked and spotless. The Staff are polite
and not pushy and will go out of their way to accommodate
anyone. I would definitely be doing business, with them again.

Fantastic dealership with brilliant staff! I’ve just purchased my first bike, a Yamaha XSR 125. After making an online enquiry late in the evening, I received a call the next morning from Daniel. He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I knew the bike and colour I wanted which they had in stock and so did everything over the phone in only 15-20 minutes. He then emailed me everything I needed and said the bike could be ready this weekend (I had phoned on a Wednesday) which was exceptional. When I went to collect the bike, I spoke to a member of the service team (I didn’t get his name, apologies) who told Daniel I was here. He was very friendly and made me feel incredibly welcome. Daniel went through the paperwork and bike with me, answering any questions I had and nothing was too much trouble. He was very willing to help and the overall service was fantastic. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and will definitely be going back when the time comes for my service. Thank you all for a great, first bike experience!

These very competent fellows have just started a new venture. They have set up a small workshop dedicated to suspension and they have been trained by one of the UK suspension manufacturers. SO I took my Yamaha XT660X for them to improve and set up. The front forks now have progressive springs and the rear shock also was taken apart and now has a progressive spring too.

To be honest the suspension was ok for my gentle road use but the front forks would dive heavily under braking. These guys have truly transformed and I cannot wait for the weather to allow me to take a longer ride so that I can fully understand the new bits but forst impressions are SUPER positive, thanks Martin and Ash and Brian and the boys!!!!

Update to my update.

If you read the reviews you will find almost all are positive and indeed glowing. I think that there is a common thread here. These guys have been running this business for more than 70 years and they REALLY know what they are doing.

They are here for the long run which I guess is why they never pressure sell cos they genuinely want all of their many customers to be happy bunnies and therefore return!!

Motorcycles unlike cars are often purchased with the heart more than the head and these guys and the experience they have really makes the difference. Keep it up please!!!

Further update. During our awful 2 year COVID lockdown I read about bikes and so this year I have just purchased three more!!! A stunning 2016 R1 plus an older FZ1 both Yamahas, and an amazing Honda VFR1200F. These bikes and this dealer are the business!!

UPDATE: I have since purchased 2 more bikes from these guys, a new FJR1300 Ultimate and an almost new Honda CB1000R. Happy Days!

I bought a new Yamaha MT 09 from these guys and as usual their service was EXCELLENT. Nothing was too much, from the colour of the bike (I chose orange) to the ABS option (I chose ABS) to the protection (Yamaha rad guard plus R&G frame sliders front and rear) plus exhaust (they fitted me the lovely Akrapovic option, thanks Nigel). Price was great (they took my XJR in part exchange, thanks Mark) and Brian then cleaned and polished the bike and Martin even helped me to load it onto my van!!!

First time with Alf England and I bought my first ever bike and the service was fantastic! Truly first class service, they are so helpful and any issues I had was sorted! Even when I called to ask for advice, they weren't trying to get me off the phone but took the time to talk through my options and it never felt rushed. This is how a dealer should be run, maybe Alf England should open up a car dealership as I would like service like this for all my vehicles!

So far so good, I've just recently purchased a yamaha fazer 8, on a whole the colleagues at this dealership has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and polite, irrespective of my motorcycle going back to have it checked out as under warranty, just on customer service alone if there was an option 10 star rating I would have given it, nothing is too much trouble for the team. The best bike service centre in West Midlands I've been so far. This bike shop even serviced Nick Sanders' Yamaha Tenerè that he used for travelling round the world! Bike pick-up service also available at a very affordable price.

My motorbike needed an MOT for the first time since I moved to the area. Unfortunately, the trusty bike shop I liked to go to seemed too far away. It was time for me to find a more local bike shop and I’m glad I tried Alf England Motorcycles.

I was a bit worried this Yamaha dealership wouldn’t service my Kawasaki but I shouldn’t have been worried at all. My bike and I received the very best customer service from all the team at Alf England.

The staff really take pleasure in their work and are attentive to their customers. All the staff are professional and get the job done but are so polite and friendly at the same time. I enjoyed chatting about life to Brian on the front desk!

Nowadays, it’s a rarity to see a manager who still has the ability to smile. Well, I found him in here! This very smiley service manager happily offered to take my helmet, gloves and jacket at the front desk and store them away for me until I came back to collect my bike. How lovely to not have to walk around holding all your bike stuff!

If customers do want to wait in the shop until their bike is ready, tea and coffee is available from the free vending machine, as is free cordial on top of the water dispenser.

There is a toilet available too, which is a bonus if you do overindulge on the free drinks!

When my bike was ready, the team even pushed it out to the edge of the pavement AND facing the right way to ride off! All these little things amount to my five star rating of this place.

My beloved old bike has done a fair few miles and literally has bits falling off it! In the past, another dealership and a garage have moaned at me regarding the condition of my bike. However, I feel comfortable coming to this shop like nothing here would ever be too much trouble. I will definitely be back here when I need a service or the next MOT.
