I ordered our cat’s hard-to-find supplement from this shop because it was a reasonable price and had an offer with free treats to try. When Amazon shopping failed to deliver the order and the item was lost, I emailed BlackCat to express my dissatisfaction. They immediately assured me that a new order would be sent out (replying on a weekend) and the new order arrived promptly and was sent through an alternative delivery service. This was above & beyond and we really appreciate it. I will be ordering again.
